From sales to installation, our Nutmeg experience has been stellar. Quentin helped us choose the right combination boiler and central air system, then coordinated financing through multiple programs and banks to make our project a reality. Henry was my tech for the day. I called the company at 7:30am after noticing the heat was not working the night prior. They came the Help me in less than an hour. Our tech Henry was patient, professional, caring and knowledgeable. He took his time to assure everything was working properly. A few things had to get replaced but he made sure he understood our budget. I greatly appreciate how diligent he was with the repair.

Our AC unit in our home stopped working during the hottest part of the summer. We called in the late afternoon, and the phone representative gave us helpful advice on how to troubleshoot on our own, and was able to schedule a technician for the next morning if our solutions didn’t work. Jonathan was punctual and incredibly helpful, and had the part needed on-hand and was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away! I was able to ask a few questions about future maintenance and he gave great advice. Will definitely be using their services in the future!
