Homestead Comfort

I have used Homestead for years as my go to for oil delivery and oil furnace maintenance. They are professional, clean and on time for appointments. Their office staff is friendly and helpful. Last year, they installed a ductless AC/Heat unit in my home when the old one failed. The cost was worth the results and their installation crew was professional and clean. I'm a happy customer.

They came out the same day I called and got my heat up and running, very professional, the office staff is amazing, kind and friendly too.

What i like most about Homestead is their dependability. Every time I have had an issue with my furnace, whether it be during normal business hours or off hours, the technicians are responsive. This company's employees are professional and polite. I feel that they are honest and fair.

The 2 technicians Jake and Chad that showed up to install our ductless heat and AC system to be professional in every manner. They advised me on arrival where they would be working in the home. These 2 men instilled a confidence and pride in their craft. At the end of the day they reviewed their accomplishments and what time they would be returning and what the objectives for that day would be.
It was a privilege to witness the pride they had in their work. This was just another extension of the experience with Homestead that was established by Jessie during the quote and sales process answering our questions.honestly. Our interaction with Toni in the front office though limited, they were professional and convinced us further that we chose well for a contractor for our split system. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to others

I called for what I thought was a condensation pump leak and needed help as soon as possible. Tyler showed up and assessed the problem (or lack of in this case) and replaced the pump with one I purchased for no charge. He was very professional, friendly, and did the work quickly and thoroughly, and explained the process and equipment well. Homestead continues to be the go-to business for my HVAC needs and I can't recommend them (or Tyler) enough. Thanks for the quick emergency help!

Homestead was recommended to me by a neighbor that had a good experience with them. Their Tech Matt was punctual and very professional. He took the time to explain the issues he found and was great with the kids and dog running around. He was safe with all covid safety protections fully in force which was appreciated. He was up front with the cost of the trip and their POS system generated a receipt right then and there. I have also worked with them to do some project work here as well and interacted with their project staff. Overall a really impressive outfit.

Homestead is a great company. Have been doing business with them since the company was formed. Great Service, very professional, the quality of service is the best and the pricing is very reasonable. Would not have anyone else do any work on our heating and air conditioning systems. Keep up the good work.

Homestead customer service is top-notch. Competent, knowledgeable, quick and responsive for heating cooling and standby generator service.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say how grateful we are to Amillio and Phil for their courteous and professional services in getting our boiler and heat back on. Pretty cold here this morning and they came as quickly as possible!
