Joey and Tom were awesome. They spent 4 1/2 hours at my house this morning doing an energy audit. They were thorough and professional. They explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and made solid recommendations. I highly recommend them!

Called Homestead up to get repair of an AC. They were able to find a time the same day to complete the repair and their service team knew the right way issue and repair. I will recommend Homestead for anyone who needs AC repairs.

I feel I was not informed clearly about prices prior ti the work. I feel the price of the part was over charged. Somehow their office created multiple accounts for one date of service and I'm still receiving bills after I paid at date of service. I tried to talk to management without a mutual resolution. However they were friendly. Promp and efficient.

Had a large 5-unit Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system installed three years ago for my home, used for heating and cooling, and it was a good experience all around. Since then, I've also used them for annual maintenance and some minor warranty work, also all good experiences. The techs are all nice and knowledgeable and their service is very friendly and professional as well. I would definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend Homestead Comfort! Jesse went over all the details and looked everything over before the install. They installed a new Thermopride gas furnace and an American Standard AC unit. Chad, David & Dan did a great job with the install. To my surprise they showed up during tropical storm Fred to finish the install! Great service and very professional! Thank you Homestead!

I have to say these guys really helped me out. They gave me a much lower quote for installing a tiger loop than competitors, and when our heat went down yet again the very next day (due to still needing the loop), they were able to fit us in that same afternoon. They even updated our oil tank to a more modern version that is less likely to suck in air for very little additional cost. We will definitely be giving them a call next time we need anything HVAC.

My 30+ year old Central A/C finally died. I received prompt estimate from Homestead and installation was done professionally and the new system works better than the old one ever did. Installers were very courteous and answered any questions I had and explained the operation of the system clearly. I had Homestead install a new well pump last year and they did a great job with that installation as well.

We had to replace our furnace, AC, and have our ducts improved quite a bit. We chose to go with Homestead after meeting with Andrew and he was great to work with figuring out what needed to be done as well as assisting in figuring out financing. When it comes to the work being done, Homestead did a great job since the previous system was 30 years old and the vents (especially the returns) were very inefficient. The Homestead team was prompt and very open on how things were going. Any mistakes or adjustments needed throughout the project were resolved or consulted on with me before proceeding. Now that the job is finished everything looks fantastic and, even though it has only been a couple weeks, we can definitely tell a difference using both the heating and cooling systems! Definitely happy with the work and would recommend Homestead to anyone looking for an upgrade/replacement for their home heating/cooling systems!

We had a home energy audit performed by Homestead Comfort. Our experience was wonderful. Alise was patient, professional and concerned with our needs right from the start. The audit team was professional and thorough. The installation of new insulation was handled very well and we couldn't be happier with the results! We will definitely use Homestead Comfort again!
