Used them twice in a week for some issues with leaking shower faucet and service for heating and AC, they are a wonderful company, they confirm every appointment, service people are prompt, experienced and get the job done to customer's satisfaction. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family

I was working at.home.when I hear a
loud pop. Only to find that water we as coming into my garage. Most other plumber were not available however when I called was told that some (Kyle) would be there from 5 to 20 minutes. Right on time. He found the leaked and fixed it straight away. What a relief. I wa even given tips PM how to prevent this in the future. Thank You.

I used to use White-bowman plumber services for over 15 years ever since we moved to Cheshire, they provided high quality services and reasonable price; now it was sold to F.F. Hitchcock, whenever I call White-bowman service phone they dispatch FF. guys; recently I had a little leak for the boiler expansion, a little leak; the expansion was installed by F.F. guys several months ago. The leak-fixing price surprises me, total $340.00; The young guy in and out in 10 minutes. Unbelievable. I feel sorry for white-bowman, I will not use their service any more.

Update: The manager called me some time ago, and realized that price was higher and refunded me $160.00; I think now the price is reasonable. Appreciate that.

We had our oil tank and water heater replaced by Hitchcock. Their timeliness and professionalism were outstanding. The work was completed just a few days after we Signed their proposal. Any issues were addressed immediately and the work cost exactly what they told us. Everything is working great. I wouldn’t use anybody else. Mike D. Explained everything very well and did a great job coordinating all the work.

Kyle Bates did a quick and thorough job detecting the cause of my water stain issue. I was under the assumption that I had a bigger issue but was relieved to know that it is an easy fix. I’m very grateful for his expertise and his professionalism!! Awesome job!!!

We’ve been customers with FF Hitchcock for just over a year now and have no intentions of switching to any other company. Their pricing is fair, they do great work and their employees are professional. Down the line when we need AC replacement or begin projects with new propane tanks, I will 100% be hiring FF Hitchcock for these jobs. We will also continue to get fuel oil deliveries from them.

They are quick to respond and accomodate my oil deliveries along with from my experience having decent prices in alignment with the market.

We had them install a new furnace in our home. They did a excellent job. Very clean and neat. I would recommend FF Hitchcock to anyone.
