do what you agree to do. I should not have to wait 1.5 weeks for my delivery or call every few days to follow up. when you say you honor the price on day of delivery because of the long wait you should do it. not charge me the price when I ordered. I will be finding a new supplier

It starts with a problem , but then you call and everyone in the office is friendly and attentive. I’ve called for service or repair 3 times now. Once for A/C, once for heating service and oil fill up, and most recently for a major plumbing repair. Each and every time someone was dispatched within an hour to my house! When the showed up, the were friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly they were patient and took the time to understand the whole scope of the issue and fix it right the first time. Professionals from start to finish! 5 stars just doesn’t seem to be enough! I am now signed up for annual service on all major systems that includes a yearly inspection and maintenance. The final cost is also always extremely fair. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had no heat at 10:30 on a Wednesday night. Jeff came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and neat.

We had a scheduled appointment for a quote for installing Central Air. They were no call, no show. Luckily my husband works from home, but I would have been very frustrated if one of us had to take time off of work for the appointment for them not to show. We were disappointed because we did extensive research and they by far had the best reviews. Hopefully it was just a one time thing. Guess we will keep looking!

Requested technician come out. Provided detailed background, based on annual
Maintenance but could not repair issue but charged us $200 and then said he would need to come bd k and provide an additional quote same day. We had been without A/C for two weeks at this point. We waited a week with multiple follow-ups until getting in contact 5 days later for a quote, where they indicated they would send one and then said they were now booked out over two weeks. There was still no sense of urgency. No quote was sent so we switched to another service provider. They finally provided a quote and we let them know we went in another direction for their poor customer service and pricing and now will not stop bothering us.

We had a great service call experience from FF Hitchcock today. On Sunday we found a significant leak from one of the valves on our furnace. On Monday we called for assistance. They sent out a service technician to our house within hours of our call. Taft was great to work with. Very professional and extremely competent. Within minutes of reviewing our furnace he had the issue narrowed down to two parts. Soon there after he knew exactly what the issue was and he was making the repair.

We switched to FF Hitchcock many years ago because of their excellent service reputation. We have never been disappointed if FF Hitchcock and we have never looked back. I highly recommend them.
