Great thorough job inspecting our water heater and identifying the cause of our intermittent leak. Only complaint is setting up the appointment. Took 3 calls to get a quote. After accepting the quote on their portal, i was told they would call to schedule the appointment but I had to call a week later to get something on their calendars. Also the 4 hour arrival window is inconvenient for people scheduling their day.

We had a response within 24 hours for a leak concern in our living room ceiling below our bathroom.
Kyle was there on time, assessed the problem and made the necessary repair and all at a reasonable price for an emergency repair. We appreciate the great service and now have our go to plumbing service.
7/6/23 Had a clogged and inoperable drain in bathroom..drain was cleaned and repaired like new in a short time.
Service always polite professional..service fee was due to service contract purchased last year.
Final price very reasonable.

The technician Jack was on time, and very easy to work with. He explained what was wrong, fixed it quickly, and showed me the value of a service plan.

The two professionals that came were wonderful. They were on time, texted me when they were on their way. They asked permission before going in any part of my home and kept me informed every step of the way.

Honestly, I'd ask for Dennis every time if I could. Description of work was clear and concise. He made recommendations for preventative maintenance for consideration with no attempt to sell / upsell services.

Gave them many chances both house Waterbury and Cheshire for pricing quotes, show up to talk about quotes but never respond back about anything. The had them scheduled to come to my business for service cleaning and thermostat replacement. I waited for 2 weeks, then last minute within timeframe I get a phone call. “ sir we don’t service commercial “. Wasted my whole day waiting for them. No I don’t recommend them.
