Jeff Furman is very knowledgeable about Boilers and repairing them! Three other guys couldn’t figure out my issue, but Jeff showed why experience is important! Thanks to Jeff I will be using FF Hitchcock from now on!

I just had an energy audit done by FF Hitchcock. The technician, Rick and his helper John were very thorough and explained everything. They did a great job and identified some problem areas and fixed many different things. All of it was a great experience and they were the best.

I’ve used Hitchcock several times for plumbing service and repairs. They are always profession, fair, and have done quality work. When you need help, it has been easy and quick to get through to them… no waiting forever on the phone for a living human to pick up. And their phone reps are always helpful and knowledgeable. The appointment was easy to schedule. Jack, the technician, was on time & professional. He answered my questions & provided me with a thorough summary of his work.

Jack came out to look at our system and demonstrated a high level of professionalism working around my pets and hectic schedule. He quickly looked at the system and was able to validate the system was operating to standard as well as advise potential issues that may come up from his inspection.
