My experience with FF Hitchcock was wonderful! I had two clogged bathroom sinks. The communication between the company and myself was great. I was sent text messages to remind me of my appointment and when the tech was on his way. Kyle was very helpful as well. He cleared the clogs quickly and advised me to not use Draino next time my sinks drain slowly and to only use vinegar and baking soda to help. He explained the reason why which I thought was very helpful. Next time I need plumbing services I will definitely give FF Hitchcock another call!

On time, super friendly and very professional. Will be using again for any future needs. Highly recommend.

First visit, showed up late. Didn’t have parts needed for fix. Next day, no call and no show! Insane. We called and they said they’d mark it “urgent” and NO CALL! So unprofessional.

We had a new faucet installed and the sink wouldn’t hold water. The plumber who installed it came back to fix it but the sink still wouldn’t hold water. He would not answer our calls to come back. Kyle fixed it.

Showed up the same day to fix a bad leak behind our sink. Luke was excellent, professional, great communication and clean work. Would absolutely recommend him.

Kyle arrived at our home on time and was super professional and knowledgeable. He kept us informed and was respectful of us, our dog and our home. It was also very easy to book an appointment which I liked and the lady booking our appointment was very professional. 5 Stars, highly recommend Kyle and FF Hitchcock for plumbing.

Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Finished quickly and no need to clean up when done.

Mark went out of his way to help us out he literally saved us a ton of money He's an excellent salesperson he cares about the customer and he did a great job I highly recommend Mark
