One of my orders was delivered to the wrong address, even though I had updated my address information via the ordering site (delivermefuel.com). I had a couple great conversations with my old landlord threatening me because he was charged for oil he didn't order. My last order, I called a few days after the oil hadn't been delivered just to find out when it would be, and apparently that translated to me wanting a 20 gallon emergency order (which I never requested). I just got a call from them telling me I owed more money (for a 20 gallon emergency delivery), even though I had only ordered 200 gallons and prepaid. If you want to deal with headaches in regards to something as simple as ordering oil, call them up!

Had a service call last December and the young teck was polite and worked quickly and fixed the problem for us we were very impressed we just had an issue arise we weren’t sure was related A different young teck came out today as there was a leak in the same place and he was also very polite and explained what caused the minor issue , tightened the fitting, fixed the problem and waited a few to make sure it was nit going to drip again when he knew it was good he left and again we were very happy and impressed by F.F. Hitchcock We would recommend them highly

Adding additional propane tank and regulator for pool was effortless. Dom was first-class with providing helpful information and different options when it came to installation and location. Their delivery was prompt and professional. I will continue to use this company and hope to get their A1 service.
