Bobby and Sean came to my house for an energy audit. They were both professional, very nice, and neat/thorough. Everything they did and offered was explained well. They offered exceptional service and I will be using them again!

We had Bantam Wesson do multiple improvements to our home. the latest one is having our home insulated. The young men; Radames, Cesar, and Matt arrived right on time, introduced themselves and went over everything they were going to be doing. Paul also arrived in order to help with the insulation of the attic. All 4 guys were great. They were respectable, professional and cleaned up after their work. Paul came back 2 days after to make sure the work was up to par. We did find a piece of our clap board on the ground and when I called they were going to send someone out to put it back on the house. thank you to everyone for the great customer service.

I hired BantamWesson to replace my oil tank and the process was very professional from inspection of my old tank to quote to installation. The installation team of Patrick and Ed were excellent and Patrick in-particular was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the extra step in installing siding over the hole from my old fill pipe. I also used BantamWesson to replace my water heater, and was very pleased with that install as well. Would hire them again, and would certainly recommend.

We woke up with no heat, and Arbor had a repair technician out to us quickly. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, and getting our oil furnace back up-and-running. Any time that I have had to call customer service, they have been very helpful in addressing any needs and solving problems.

We had our air conditioner serviced last week. The serviceman was friendly, courteous, and experienced. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. When he was done he told me the condition of our system, and was on his way. I recommend this company.
