During the past two winter months, I have experienced two problems with loss of heat. Although I was a new customer the first time, I was treated so nicely that I had no fears about calling Arbor Energy the second time.

Service was great as always. My only complaint is: I was given a window for arrival of 9am-1pm (awful wide) then didn't arrive until 1:30pm. Ties up a whole day for a 1.5 hour service. Maybe efficient for you but not me.

Larry one of the owners was a awesome guy from the start I liked him and as well as for him taking me under his wings to teach me the oil and propane business even at a late start they are well organized and detail oriented for handling each customers needs for oil and propane delivery to accommodate each customers needs the lady’s at the front were very pleasant and nothing but helpful everyone their was very easy and pleasant to work for would highly recommended them to anyone !
