Very fast and flexible with schedule. Grant came within 30mins after I called the office. He explained things about the system and what he did. Prices are reasonable. Ive ended up signing up for Service Plan and ordered my heating oil with them. Hes very professional and knowledgeable. I hope this will be the start of long last business with them . Thank you for coming out today. You guys are life saver. I called a bunch of service companies and none of them are available to come this quick.

The technician charged us $295 and informed us that the AC filter needs to be replaced and that our system should work fine after that. We replaced it and our system still doesn't work. Still trying to workout a schedule with them so someone can come and take a look. I understand they are busy with peak summer just around the corner. Hopefully, they resolve it for good soon.

UPDATE: They sent their technician (I think his name is Joe) within 24 hours. He was so knowledgeable. He listened to our AC problem and checked every thing possible. He not only fixed our AC but also fixed a major flaw in our heating system that was costing us a lot of money on oil. Bit of a rough start with them but if you are lucky to get their good technicians to work on your HVAC issues, you won't be disappointed.

I always feel that the face of the company begins with the person answering the phone. Had a pipe that was leaking in the basement and when I called I talked to Michelle. She was pleasant and friendly and although she didn't think there were openings today, she took down my number. Within minutes she called back with an opening. I got a text message right away confirming my appointment and then when John was on his way. Communication therefore was excellent. Not only did John show up, but he was earlier than the 4 hour window I was given. That NEVER happens. He was friendly, and knowledgeable and got right to work. Within 10 minutes the pipe was repaired! I have never had the need for a plumber but now that I have used FF Hitchcock I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Taft was very timely, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He showed me pictures of my air conditioning unit prior to and after the service tune up/cleaning and the difference shown to me was remarkable. We have been using FF Hitchcock for years and they have always been excellent across the board. Timely, knowledgeable, fair, reliable and always willing to go above and beyond. Today we returned from vacation to find about and inch of water in our furnace and water heater area. New Year’s Day is not easy to find someone to come out for the rescue. They took our call immediately And within 2 hours, we had a tech at the house. They also have a staff that is friendly and trustworthy. As much of the work they do is inside the home, I believe it’s important. Overall, we have nothing but positive things to say and we have used them for many, many years and have always been completely satisfied. They also have excellent oil delivery service if you are in need.

This company did a fantastic job on installing our mini split a/c units. They were professional, on time and courteous. Customer service on the phone and in person was superb! Highly recommend!
