If you are looking for a ductless heating and air con unit, look no further. This company gave us a reasonable quote, were very professional ALWAYS returning every call/querry in a very timely manner.

They walked us through the rebate process ( which was a pain) and we got a $1,420.00 rebate!

This install was for the ductless mini split-type central A/C system for our home. Dave (Sales Tech) was professional, knowledgeable, concise and to the point. The HVAC install crew also worked professionally. They were on time , friendly and respectful .No loud radios , cursing, etc. Also, noticed that they always took off their shoes when working inside.
They also went the extra mile by installing some lattice around the outdoor heat pump which needed to be located in a conspicuous area.
Very pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them for residential heating and cooling projects

I really enjoyed having the work done by East Coast. They were professional, and when I had questions, they took the time to answer them, even if it meant calling in someone else, or coming by on another day to demonstrate some of the features of the system. In my book, East Coast goes above and beyond the contract to really provide customer satisfaction.

Eddie did an excellent job cleaning our ductless mini splits. He did a thorough job. He disassembled and cleaned out the unit. Due to the pandemic we haven’t had them cleaned since 2019.

I have been remodeling my house for the past year or so and I have had some good....and some bad contractors come in to work on the house. After shopping around for a new central air, furnace, and water heater, I went with East Coast because the sales person was super knowledgeable and he broke down and explained every part of what I purchased, so I knew exactly what I was getting and why. It made me feel "comfortable," which is tough to feel when you make that kind of large investment. Fast forward to the installation...the two techs came out and actually put in 3 full days of work (I had some contractors on other jobs show up at 9am, break for lunch from 11-12, then end the day by 3 so they can get home by 4pm. It's tough to find dedicated workers, I guess). Anyways, the techs were very friendly, made me feel appreciated, and they answered all my questions. They even cleaned up at the end of every day to the point where you would not have even known that they were actively working in my basement at the end of each day. Very professional, very clean, and overall, an awesome transaction/experience and they have totally earned my trust.

I had both an a/c system and a furnace installed. The people who came to the house were knowledgeable and helpful. Dave gave me much information and a very reasonable estimate. Tyler and his crew were excellent.
