David who gave me the quote came in at HALF the price I received from another company. He was extremely knowledgeable about the split unit I needed to replace my old one. The installers were thorough with the work they did, made sure I knew how to use the remote and reviewed the steps needed for proper care of the system. I am so thankful for the excellent service I received! My husband was away without any way to get in touch with him and I was home with our baby and 4 dogs when the central air stopped working right before this most recent heat wave. I called them in a panic and they squeezed me in and a technician came out that day. A part was ordered and then installed the next day. It was up and running right before the hottest day of the year. To say I am appreciative is an understatement and I highly recommend them.

Both of our AC zones had failed. The office staff went over and above to find us a service appointment slot shortly after we called in spite of their having a full schedule that went out 3 weeks. Tyler, the ECM tech, was very professional and capable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the system running at peak efficiency a very short time later. Great folks. Would definitely use them again.

East Coast Mechanic installed our new hot water heater and central air unit a few years ago and did a great job. So naturally we called them when our AC/Furnace started leaking water back in August. A technician came out and told us it was our belt. He came back a few days and fixed the belt, which then squealed loudly every time it ran, so I called back. The guy came back and tightened the belt. A few days later, the furnace started to leak again, so I called back. I was told by the receptionist that they would text him and get back to me. I heard nothing for a few days so called back and got a slightly passive aggressive response that "he's been texted, I haven't forgotten" even though I had heard nothing for three days. When he finally came back out, he found a crack in our drip pan and said he was going to order it and they would be in touch when it came in. Two weeks went by with no word, so I followed up. He finally came back with the drip pan which ended up being the wrong pan. This was a Friday afternoon, so he said he rush-ordered the correct pan and would personally pick it up from the warehouse the next day (Saturday) and come to replace it. He called me on Saturday to say the warehouse was closed and he couldn't get in, and that he'd have the office call me on Monday to reschedule. It's been a month and a half, no call. Obviously, we went with another company who was prompt and efficient with their service. My main complaint here is not the repairman who came out, he was always polite. I did not appreciate the subpar communication that came from the main office, and the feeling like I was bothering them simply because I was the one who had to keep calling to check in on things since they never called me back. I stand by their great work for our hot water heater and AC, but we will not be using this company again.

I recently converted from oil to gas and contracted East Coast to do the work. From the quoting process through installation every question I had was answered, every phone call returned promptly, and they were always on time. My installation team of Trevor and Jason were top notch! I would highly recommend East Coast.
