East Coast replaced my 30 year old gas hot air furnace and central AC. It was a great overall experience from the sales guy right through to the work crew. I did some comparative pricing and they saved me some money.l. They showed up right on time and the job was completed in the estimated time. I was impressed my the cleanup they did in the area as well. They walked me through the completed job and made sure to answer any questions I had. They promised to be back in the warmer weather to make sure the AC is working as it's too cold now to properly test that. Highly recommended.

East Coast Mechanical came to my house a few months ago to install a gas furnace and a new air conditioner. I was very impressed, they were very clean, professional, and knowledgeable. They informed me of everything that was going on the entire time and constantly asked how i wanted things to look so it came out exactly how i wanted. We converted from oil to gas. Dave C came out to our home, to advise on what we would need and how it should be done. He was on time and professional. Even though it took a few days, the crew did an excellent job installing the new equipment and removed the old boiler and oil tank. We highly recommend East Coast Mechanical!

I had to have a huge job done at my home in Sherman and East Coast Mechanical came through one-hundred percent, starting with the initial consultation with Dave who sells the systems and provides the service quotes. He went through the home and inspected all the rooms, and after discussing all options we decided to install the ductless heating and AC units throughout the house and for my recording studio--which was impossible to work in during the winter months. ECM installed a highly-efficient, virtually silent system that functions beautifully, year-round. Keeps the air clean, too. The workers are timely, reliable, and detail oriented. From the sales to the installation guys all were very friendly, efficient and clean with the installation of my ductless system. I knew before they even came to the house what to expect with pricing and installation.

This morning I woke up to a flood in my basement caused by my hot water heater. I called East Coast Mechanical and they had a technician to my house within the hour who was able to stop more water from draining from the heater and cleaned up my flood. I spoke to Dave, the sales rep about ordering a new heater and had it installed and job finished all by 3 pm. Can't say enough good things about them and their prompt service and professionalism. The wonderful office staff managed to send Tyler, a knowledgeable polite, efficient technician to diagnose our a/c problem during a heat wave, in spite of their very busy full schedule.
