Just saw this truck cut off massive amounts of traffic and the driver yell at others to get out of his way. Very unprofessional and I would be very cautious before using this company. He’s also currently parked in the middle of the road blocking traffic from going perpendicular to him.

We recently had a ductless AC system installed by East Coast Mechanical. Dave from East Coast came to our house to provide a quote. He arrived on time,, explained everything, answered all our questions, gave us a quote, and a complete time-line from start to finish. The crew that came on day of install knew exactly what they were doing and clearly had done this many times. After the install they explained how the system and the controls worked and instructions on maintaining filters. Everything went without any problems, we were extremely pleased!
We would have no hesitation recommending them!

On Monday, October 24, 2020, East Coast Mechanical, Inc. Heating and Cooling of Cheshire CT sent one of their fine mechanics, Tyler, to our home to do a yearly furnace inspection and cleaning. My husband and I have always been very impressed with the time and quality of work this company puts into their service. Today was no exception. Specifically, Tyler addressed our requests, followed up after the job with what he specifically did and gave ample proof that our heating system is running very well and safely. He is very articulate and even his handwritten itemization of tasks on the receipt is impeccable! I cannot express enough how much it means to us to know that our home heating system is safe and ready for the winter. I appreciate the wonderful professionalism from Tyler as well as the folks in the main office, who I can attest, genuinely care about the company team and their customers.

East Coast Mechanicaln was a great company to work with. We purchased three Mitsubishi heat pump /air conditioning units! The work was top notch from the sales with Dave, the service on older units with Andrew, to the installation of the newest unit was 100% professional, done neatly and it was done in a very timely manner. They cleaned up everything, they helped me move things.... I would highly recommend them. They are 100% professionals!

The whole East coast mechanical team was awesome in our installation of our ductless units. I dropped the ball on getting some paperwork finalized, but Christine from the office went above and beyond to help me with getting all the items I needed. Great customer service, highly recommend!

East Coast Mechanical did a really great job. They worked with us to figure out the best system for our 200 year old house. They installed an energy efficient ductless system to replace our inefficient and ineffective electric baseboards. The cost was less than other quotes received and they worked with us to obtain low interest financing for the system through Eversource. The crew that came to install was fast, professional, pleasant and helpful when it came time to learn how to use the new system. Everything about our experience was 5 stars. Use this company!

I had an AC installation done and have had East Coast install the furnace and A/C in my dad's house. You will not find a Sale's man that knows more than Dave, he really doesn't try to sell you anything, He listens to your needs and then makes recomendation's based on your needs. He will give you the best price around and always comes through 100%. He is the best in the business. The Owner Norm is also a standup guy who stands behind his teams work. The team is very clean and efficient. I would Highly recommend them!!!

This company ROCKS!!!! Had them install 3 mini split system in my house 2 years ago. Very professional and awesome work. But for some reason it just wouldn’t get the living room and dining room cold. We live in a ranch and the bedroom side of the house was ice cold. Told Dave the problem and they came out a handful of times trying to figure out what the problem was. Finally he says we will replace the mini split head with a bigger one at zero charge to you. What company does that? This company does. They strive for excellence. There was nothing wrong with how Dave sized the units to my house or the units themselves or the installation. We believe because the house has zero trees and gets sun from morning to dusk, that must be the issue. I can happily say it’s 68 in those 2 rooms now and it was in the low 90 today. Awesome job guys. Do not hesitate on calling this company. You will not be disappointed!!!! Thanks East Coast for a job well done and customer service 2nd to none!!

East Coast was the lowest bidder, gave me a quote the day of consultation and answered all of my questions. I asked about some potential upgrades and Dave was very honest and told me to save my money. The crew who did the work were hardworking and professional and after they left it was hard to tell that they had gone through at all. My only complaint is I didn't call them first! Would high recommend you give them a call, especially for a Mitsubishi system.

East Coast Mechanical installed a new gas furnace/central AC system for me. All the staff were knowledgeable and professional. Cheaper options are available but if you want reliable top quality equipment and service this is the company. They are very busy, patience is required but it will be rewarded.
