East Coast recently did a hot water heater and boiler install at my home. From day 1 they were quick to respond and worked with me to make sure we were able to get installed as quickly as possible. The installs were completed timely and professionally. Their follow up has been great and I appreciate all they did to keep my household running!

I have been using East Coast Mechanical for several years now. They have installed a heating and air conditioning system in my home as well as performing annual maintenance on those systems. They always arrive as scheduled and are very professional and very accomodating. Their pricing is very fair. Andy, the technician that recently did my annual furnace maintenance, was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He went through everything he had done and addressed all my questions and comments.

They were very professional, and informative. They arrived on time, were very tidy and cleaned up after the installation. I would use them again for cooling system.

The service was exceptional and timely. East Coast was able to get a hybrid water heater installed when other companies could not. Their staff was friendly, arrived on time and were knowledgeable regarding the repair and other heating and cooling options that I discussed with them during the install. Highly recommended!

It was really great experience. From the quote all the way to install. Dave was always there to help with the loan questions from eversource. On the installation day when the crew came in i was shocked how professional friendly and very respectful! Really great guys! Work quality is really amazing, attention to detail. Even step by step explanations how to operate the units.i strongly recommend East Coast Mechanical they are the best team around!

East Coast delivered everything they promised. Engineered our 5 zone mini-split with our preferences in mind. Trevor and his crew worked 2-1/2 days straight, no lunches. The team was respectful of our property and courteous. Town inspector was complimentary of their work. I would highly recommend.

As luck would have it a fitting on my boiler started leaking on the morning of my scheduled maintenance. Andrew from East Coast repaired the leaking copper elbow and pro-actively replaced another elbow next to it. He then completed the cleaning and annual maintenance of the boiler. The complete charge for the service and repair was very inexpensive. Very polite, very professional!
