Recently had a mini split (ductless heat/ac) installed. Initial visit by Dave was excellent. Thoroughly explaining my options and costs associated. Scheduling was easy. Install techs were right on time, clean, respectful, explained the system and asked if any questions. There were no gimmicks and the price remained the same from day 1. I don't trust many, but they earned mine.

I spent a lot of time researching heat pumps and contractors before deciding to install them to replace an inefficient gas system in my 100-year-old home. Dave did a thorough job of talking through options with me, and after I got a few other quotes, I ended up circling back and talking more with him until we came up with a plan for my unique situation using some existing ductwork and some new ductless equipment to support Mitsubishi cold climate heat pumps. The install went smoothly -- the guys showed up when they said they would and worked for three days to build my system. I've had the system for a month, and so far, it's great! We just had -7 weather (without windchill) and the heat pumps produced warm air the entire time. If you're contemplating a large project like this one -- or even a smaller one -- I highly recommend using East Coast.

When I called for help with my AC they were so helpful. Tyler was not only on time as scheduled but very knowledgeable and honest. He could have told me anything while it was 90 degrees outside but it ended up being a basic issue with the fan and thermostat. Follow up repair was very quick once the part was available. I really appreciated how their whole team handled my problem.
