Had new furnace and thermostat installed. Installed smoke and carbon dioxide detectors throughout house. Steve and Stephano were very professional, did a great job, and answered all my questions.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Matt and R Buck Heating . They kept us in the loop, explained everything and the best part was when our heat stopped working they came out to fix it within an hour .
We had to order a part , but Matt knew it was under warranty and had it exchanged with the manufacturer.
We now have heat!!

We had a hot water tank go bad on us and contacted R Buck for assistance. We called before office hours and we're contacted promptly. Jeff Grant was the first company representative to come and access the situation and explain what needed to be done and give a price for replacement and instillation. Jeff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. With in 2 hours of the initial visit Guy Cruz had arrived at our home and was making visual inspection and ordering a new tank and supplies to install new hot water heater. Guy was the most courteous and helpful technician I have ever had in my home of any kind. Jeff and Guy rate five stars plus! I would recommend R Buck services 100%!

Jeff does a great job and is both professional AND friendly! The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. We have had them take care of both furnace and air conditioner needs and are very satisfied, repeat customers and recommend them highly.

Gas Line Installation. We had the guys from R Buck install a natural gas line for our new gas stove. We already had existing gas service, so it was a matter of routing about 50' of new gas line through the ceiling of a finished basement then up into our kitchen. They arrived exactly on-time, explained everything they were going to be doing, and got right after it. They worked very well together, and made everything look easy. They were very careful around all our furnishings and not a thing was out of place, or dirty, when they finished. We liked that they were both friendly and professional towards us, and were particularly impressed with the way they treated each other. At the end of the job they tested all the connection fittings and operationally tested the stove. Everything works perfectly. We were happy to have R Buck back in our home, and were not at all surprised to see that the team they sent for this task was every bit as professional as the team that did our heater last year. It speaks highly of a company to be able to have such impressive employees as Guy and Matt. We'd trust them with any work we ever want done.

I rarely take the time to do an online review, but I feel like it can help others in the future. I had been having HVAC issues and been trying to get help and a diagnosis for about 3 weeks. I was getting very frustrated at other companies and their failed diagnosis of the problem. By the time, Jeff, showed up to help me, I was very skeptical and non-trusting of what he told me as another company already “fixed” that and I was still having the same problem. To my surprise, he was right, and my stress over my issue is gone now. I am so glad my AC works the way it is supposed to again! Thank you, Jeff! I’m a new repeat, satisfied customer.

After having a pretty frustrating experience with another company, R Buck was recommended to me by a friend. The person who scheduled my appointment actually scheduled it correctly and she was very nice and professional. The technician was on time and he was awesome! He seemed to really know what he was doing. My A/C system had a leak and he found it within 10 minutes of arrival, whereas the other company had visited my residence 4 times and for one reason or another, could not, or refused to take the time to diagnose the leak (or it was not getting scheduled properly). It was not a cheap repair, but the cost was fair. I feel like this company is high quality! They really know what they are doing and I will always call them for any HVAC-related issues in the future.
