Landon was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed the service in a timely manner and I was very impressed with his work. Definitely recommend him to others.

Have used R Buck 3 times now and each time their service, pricing and timeliness has been stellar. Had two prior repairs that were done the same day and now when it was time to do the furnace and AC replacement - they once again were fantastic. Wanted to use R Buck given their track record but with this cost, I shopped around a little.

Jeff was so much more knowledgeable, honest and fair with his assessment compared to the other companies I talked to, and when their bid came in the lowest, for better equipment, I was thrilled. Heat was out and it was getting cold quickly, they were able to install just days after I wrote the check and already have heat back. Thanks to Chandria in the main office, Jeff who educated me so well, and Scott and Steve who did the install. Couldn't be happier - absolutely see why they have the rating they do on here.

Lastly, for anyone who is considering upgrading, trust me and just go for the 2-stage furnace. I've only had it for a few days and cant believe I ever considered anything else.

Friendly, super professional, and efficient. Was able to troubleshoot and figure out the cause of the issue. Was able to get the heat working for me even though there is still some fine tuning to do. Recommended an electrician to help me with the other issues. Thank you so much!

They will be my first call for HVAC. I called another company first because my furnace was not working, and they said it needed to be replaced. Called R Buck and they found it was an issue with the filters we were using, so it ended up only being a service charge. We still asked R Buck for an estimate on the replacement and they will send it to us but don't think it's needed at this time. I cannot recommend R Buck enough, and they will be my first call from now on!

Stephano & Sammy from R Buck were excellent. They were punctual, polite, respectful of the home space and worked in tandem to complete the work orders in a very efficient manner.

They took time to explain any questions I had plus diligently cleaned their work space once done. Both very affable guys & clearly have a heart for their customers.

Our furnace failed last week and not only were they the best quote in town but they also troubleshot some details that most other companies may have simply skipped. Thanks to their dedication we not only have heat for the winter but we also have the fans working for the first time since moving to Colorado 3 years ago.

Above and beyond, getting the fans working will pay dividends come next summer to help keep the house from getting excessively stuffy. No cap, these dudes are highly recommend.

Guy was great. He called before arriving with an ETA, showed up on time, was very courteous and respectful of my home, wore shoe covers, explained his diagnosis and repaired the issue quickly, answered all my questions and gave me a few maintenance tips. I’ll request Guy if I need HVAC assistance again.

Scott was professional and knowledgeable. We asked for R Buck to look at an issue with our furnace. After identifying the issue, Scott did a thorough check of the unit before leaving. Would recommend services.

Have always been very grateful for R Buck and the work they do. Needed to replace our entire heating and cooling system. They went above and beyond to install a great system while making sure everything was taken care of before leaving. Great job guys!
