I rarely take the time to do online reviews, but I feel this can help others in the future. My AC was not working properly and I had become very frustrated with the “service” and “fixes” I had received from other company’s. I was very skeptical and non-trusting when Jeff came out to assist me as he diagnosed a problem that a previous company had “fixed” 2 weeks earlier. To my pleasant surprise, his diagnosis worked. I am very relieved to have my AC work properly again. Sad that I can’t use the company that my warranty is through. A warranty is only as good as the company doing the work. I am a new, satisfied future customer! Thank you!

Highly recommend both Scott and Ruben for furnace issues. They came and were able to find and fix my furnace within an hour. Scott took the time to explain what what wrong and what he did in terms that I could understand.

Tabor did a weekend, late night thermostat replace for us. He was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He made sure the heater was working before he left and is going to give us a quote on another part we may need.

They inspected our heating and air when we bought the house and I had them back today (6 1/2 years later )to inspect them to make sure they were still in good working order. Guy was very helpful and informative on the issues he discovered. He told me what my options were as far as repairs and we were able to schedule him quickly to get the repairs done. Excellent service by Nick and Steve! They were professional and courteous. Removed and replaced our heating and A/C units in one day. Did not make a mess even on a rainy, muddy day! Spent time explaining how to program the thermostat and how to change the filters. Appreciate the attention to set up to protect our floors and the clean up was amazing. Would heartily recommend R Buck Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking for heating & cooling service.
