Contacted company to shut down swamp cooler for winter and check furnace. Tabor and Michael(?sorry not sure) were courteous and competent. Found damage in my 20 year old furnace which could result in furnace shutting down. Decided to buy a new one. Received quote within two days and Stephano and Michael (? ) came to install two days after I signed the contract to purchase. Again courteous and competent and cleaned up when finished. There is one more thing they need to take care of, but I assume this will be done in the same professional manner. I highly recommend R. Buck and their technicians.

Extremely happy with R Buck and especially the technician Guy Crews. I called and left my number my ac stopped working. It was 100 degrees out. Theresa from their office returned my call within an hour. She was professional and extremely helpful setting up an appointment that same day at 3pm. I can’t say enough good things about Guy Crews who handled a difficult fix in a short amount time and was very professional and knowledgeable.

I appreciate Guy C for explaining the problem and I appreciate John C for squeezing into the small dirty crawl space to properly attach heat tape to the very narrow drain pipe that keeps freezing in cold temps blocking the pump from draining the furnace condensation. R Buck installed my furnace less than a year ago and I'm pretty stressed that it's already having problems because of this. I wish the installers had done a less hurried and more throrough and efficient installation to begin with, but I hope this "fix" actually works when it gets super cold again. I'd hate to have to worry about keeping my house warm and paying for them to keep Jerry rigging the frozen pipe problem. They are very polite and professional though.

Guy C. called ahead of time to let me know arrival time. Work diligently and cleaned up the work area afterwards. He explained how I can get effective use of the fireplace in tandem with the furnace. R Buck company from the first phone call through the actual finished work was excellent. They made me feel like they wanted my business and appreciated it.

We are retired and were in dire need of an updated HVAC system. We prefer local companies and communicated with several, also providing our budget parameters.

When we communicated with staff, we discovered the whole office is friendly as well. After the system was installed, they explained how to use it. Matt with R Buck Heating and Air Conditioning was great, he was here first thing this morning and fixed our heater, when we paged him last night, he called us right back and took care of the problem. So yes I would recommend your company!!
