Matt was my professional technician for my heater shut down. He was outstanding and efficient! He took the time to explain and show what was causing the problem then proceeded to expertly take care of my heater and, per my request, replaced my aging wall thermostat while he was here. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience with Matt and R Buck Company! I highly recommend this company. R Buck and their employees are top notch professionals! John came by and serviced our AC unit. He quickly determined that the unit needed to be recharged. He checked everything to determine if there was any leaks. He was a super nice guy and did a great job. Once he recharged the system you could instantly feel the difference. Excellent customer service. I will always use them for any heating and air conditioning in the future.

Furnace went out over night. Landon came over and knocked it with no issues. He was very friendly and communicative through the whole process. 5 stars... I will be calling again

We had a great experience with R Buck heating. They came out, gave us an estimate and got our furnace replaced in one afternoon! Great service, friendly people, highly recommend!

Our air conditioning unit quit working after a thunderstorm and the power going out twice. Matt came out within 40 minutes and had it working again. He was positive, honest and knew what he was doing. He gave a detailed explanation of what was broken and a recommendation to prevent it in the future. Their high quality work is backed by high quality parts, so you know you are getting the best service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am so happy and so relieved, thank you RBuck...thank you Nick...thank you Justin! They did the best job imaginable for me. I have an old 100+ year old house and they managed to completely replace my furnace, working around some odd things and getting everything done safely and quickly. Tabor and his fellow installers completed an outstanding job installing a new Heater/AC unit in a crawl space at my elderly mother home. They were very professional and truly knowledgeable in their profession. All aspects of their work was explained to me and my mother.
This was the second time this year that we have chosen to go with R Buck for a HVAC system install and have been extremely satisfied with their workmanship, professionalism, and prices. Tabor went up and beyond to make us happy customers. He's a tremendous asset to R Buck Heating.
