They worked steadily, and cleaned up afterward. Took time to explain the thermostat, which is very helpful. I couldn’t find fault with their manners or attitude. They were on time. Anything I asked was answered in terms that I could understand. The end result was a warm house. As a storm was imminent, I could not have asked for more.

Excellent, professional and personable service. Guy and the other gentleman were great. Guy installed a gas line for a stove. They both took the time to explain and show us exactly what was done. Very professional! A job well done!! We highly recommend R Buck!!!

Well the other reviews don’t lie, these guys are amazing. Tabor, Nick R., Sam and Steve showed up on time and worked all day to remove a monstrous old furnace and replaced it with a new furnace and heat pump. It was a cold day so much appreciated that it was done and working that night. They cleaned up really well and had some nice touches like a metal folder built into the air return for the manuals etc. Finally they filled out all the rebate forms and emailed them to me for my info and signature….super professional. Thanks for everything Randy!

I had no furnace during a record breaking cold snap. R Buck immediately set up an appointment. They had the old furnace out and a new one in before I knew it. These hardworking gentlemen were very professional and caring, respectful of my property, and conscientious of safety and regulations. I highly recommend them.

They came out immediately but the part took 5days to arrive. And once it was fixed the heater is running beautifully. I think my light bill went up because I had to heat the kitchen with the oven and space heaters. January was cold

Landen was great! Checked, cleaned, and tested the main unit and the condenser on both the house and shop.

Tabor and Patrick came in to installed a Trane air conditioner on my home and did a awesome job. Everything they did was really nice looking when they where done. R. Buck heating & air conditioning is the way to go!!! Good prices and great work!!!
