First of all I would like to say that I really appreciate the very friendly and polite workers. They did an outstanding job on my new furnace. They were also very clean and made sure that they picked up behind themselves. I really appreciate it. R Buck you definitely have some good employees.

The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and completed the installation in a timely manner. They made sure to keep me informed throughout the process and even provided some helpful tips on maintenance and usage. Landon, through a customer service agreement comes every 6 months for a safety service on the furnace and air conditioner. He is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring person. He takes time to answer any questions and to exlain the answer to make sure it is understood. He takes his time to complete the job successfully.
It is nice to have Landon arrive on time consistently and call when he'll be later. It is very obvious that Landon strives to be the best at what he does. I'm glad to have him as my service person.

Quick scheduling for estimate and duct cleaning appointment. Great interactions with everyone involved from scheduling to service. Quincy and Landon were extremely professional and prompt. They ran into a couple issues with my ventilation system but fixed them immediately. Great problem solving skills. Highly recommend R Bucks and will definitely use them for all future HVAC needs.

Because of the way, my house is built. I had two furnaces that need to be replaced. One in the attic one in the crawlspace. Both were very difficult to get to. The crawlspace was particularly problematic. The guys had to take the furnace completely apart every nut and bolt and then reassemble it in a very tiny space, they were good humored about it and very professional. I was impressed they were very personable. Easy to talk to answered all my questions.

We were very happy with the entire crew who came to install our new A/C unit!! Trumare, Stephano and Joe were all very nice and professional! They did their job efficiently and with respect for our home as well! The job was completed in a very timely manner as well!

This company was recently bought out.
A family member of mine hired them and had issues with the charges. This is an updated rating after management worked with her to make it right.
There is no issue with the quality of the work, but I would suggest that the company provide, and that their customers request itemized repair estimates and receipts.

I've used R Buck in the past many times, and was pleased with their service. However, ixve tried 3 times in thd past year to get service and estimates from them, and have been met with rudeness by three different people; including an estimator who came to my home last year, that instead of answering my questions about the different options (to compare bids and recommendations), declared I should just trust him to decide what I need, because he is the expert and no one else knows what they are doing. Most recently, I couldn't get past the rudeness of the scheduler.

I've since hired someone else to do the two big replacement/installation projects I need completed. Very disappointing, in comparison to 10+years of excellent service prior to last year.
