I called out a tech on an emergency call, it was 100° out and my AC stopped working.

$128, fair enough, I get it.

Guy says my systems old (it is), changes the fuse and it pops… says I either need a new board for $818 or a new system for 13k…. Does not check a single other component of the system and leaves.

Wire to the condenser keeps popping the fuse, I went and checked it and it had deteriorated from sun, pests or dogs…. $20 worth of 18/2 Stat line and we’re back in business!

Done with R Buck and I’d caution anyone who uses them.

The two young men who did our installition did an outstanding job. Would refer this company witout hesitation. They explained what they were doing and completed the job in a timely manner. So grateful they were able to complete the job in such a timely manner.
