I had M and M heating and cooling install a new furnace and A/C which is not easy in a condo with the A/C on the roof and the furnace in a tiny utility closet. The crew that worked with me was Evan, Alex, Jason, Trevor, and Jaime. They were all knowledgeable, respectful of my home and to me. I never heard a foul word out of their mouths. They were able to answer and educate me on my new systems. I feel M annd M was very fair on their pricing. It is a local and family run business which I would support any day of the week.
Thank you for all the training of your staff. It was not stressful at all. Big bonus they cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

This was exceptional service and should be recognized and shared. Brian at M &M HVAC is incredibly professional and wholeheartedly understood my needs and my budget. Brian displayed the utmost professionalism going above and beyond to ensure that I understood my options. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns with a level of detail and left no room for doubt. His dedication to delivering excellent customer service was evident in every interaction with him. My system gets installed on Tuesday and I'll give everyone an update on the installation.

Replaced our aging 20+ year old A/C unit with a new Lennox unit. Work was done exceptionally well. Very professional, competent and extremely customer driven. Jason the Lead Installed was exceptionally good not only hooking in the A/C unit to the home complex, but also making improvements to the installation as needed along the way. Very satisfied with the team from M&M.

Brien G. was absolutely terrific and so pleasant to work with. When determining a replacement furnace and AC unit for me he went through everything in great detail and very professionally. I could not be happier with the job he did in fitting me for the right package. He is truly a great representative for M and M plumbing and electrical and based on my great experience with him, I would certainly use their company for anything else I require in the future.

What a terrific company!! From Melissa on the phone to Derrick doing the preliminary inspection to the great team of professional installers, we were completely satisfied with this company. Pleasant, competent, professional and ON TIME. My wife and I are so glad we used M and M Heating and Air Conditioning to make sure we have safe and high functioning HVAC systems. 5-stars for sure!

Cody was great, very professional and helpful. He worked quickly and did a great job. If you can find coupons on their website, definitely use them. They took my coupon and saved me $95 for a water heater flush and ac clean and tune up, which was great. I also appreciate that Cody gave me a heads up about future work needs without trying to push me into the work, always nice to have a technician that respects your timing and budget.

Jaime and Jonathan replaced my furnace, humidifier and AC units and did a great job. They were very respectful, protected my flooring when bringing things in and out, worked efficiently and explained everything to me before leaving.

I have had several jobs done by M and M, and everyone who has come to my house has done a great job. Thanks to Steven and Lalo for finding the problem with my furnace/AC and helping me order replacements.

Derrick was very professional once he arrived (6pm for a 3-5pm slot). I understand he was delayed on another job and his office did call at 4pm to say he would be delayed. He inspected my system and told me my options with no attempt to sell me on their services, just gave me cost for each option, which was refreshing.

Our service tech Stephen Shadrach came today and did our spring/summer tuneup. Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Very informative and helpful. This is consistent with our service from MandM over the years. We rate Stephen a 5 star tech. We've also had Chad and Brien in the past and the quality of service is always excellent.
