M & M was very responsive to my request to get a fast-turnaround quote for a house we're under contract for. Super communicative, professional and easy to work with. I will use them again for sure!

Thanks M&M! Our downstairs furnace stopped working. We called another repair company and they said we’d have to replace our furnace at an estimate of $6000. We called M&M for a second opinion, and they were able to repair the furnace the same day and saved us thousands of dollars. The technician Derrik was very professional and walked us through all the issues (dirty heat exchanger, a faulty pressure switch) and he documented everything with before and after images. All this—and it was holiday weekend. The low tonight is supposed to 21F. We are thankful to be sleeping in a warm house tonight.

Derrick was awesome! Fixed our air conditioner way past normal business hours on a hot July 3rd day! Friendly, excellent service!!

Dan, from M & M HVAC PE, came out to give us an estimate on a new HVAC system with a heat pump. Not only was he very personable but his professional knowledge about Lennox products performance, along with the benefits of a heat pump was exceptionable.

Just wanted to thank Katie in the office for getting me scheduled day of to try and resolve my tankless water heater issues and Cody the technician for his professionalism, ability to explain everything in a friendly manner, and his thoroughness in cleaning, examining and doing the best he could to resolve my issues inside the tankless heater. Will definitely be calling this company with any problems in the future!

Stephen was here to do an inspection, tune-up, and filter change on my M & M Carrier A/C. He did a fantastic job communicating to me what was going on and provided me quickly with a report of what was inspected and tested. He also recommended some minor repairs. I'm so blessed to have M & M as an integral part of my home safety and comfort.

My water heater was rusty and leaking and M and M was ready to have someone there the same day. Technicians Cody and John were both knowledgeable and professional. John installed my water heater and made sure everything was working properly and my basement was spotless after the removal the old and the install of the new water heater.

I scheduled M and M for HVAC maintenance after receiving a promotional offer from them in the mail. Lala was very professional and explained the current status of my HVAC system, and potential issues that could come, given their age. I was pleased with the service and experience.

Lalo took photos and explained everything to me regarding the issues with my central air. He gave me options and prices. He is professional, and has the r to answer any question. He is also patient and personable. I respect that, thank you!
