What a great team! Justin was the point person for my job. I had a furnace replaced, AC unit added, upgraded to a tankless water heater, had a floor drain installed and my plumbing/electrical in the utility room brought up to code. The M and M team was friendly and professional. They stayed true to every promise, and were very accommodating for questions and changes I made to the plan. Brad was the master plumber with help from David, Chad was the electrician, and Lalo and Aleks were the installers. I couldn't be happier with their work and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a job done right!

I needed a quick assessment of a troubled air conditioning system at a property in Longmont. Donna scheduled me quickly and efficiently and even correctly Pre-diagnosed a possible issue going on with the unit. I love working with Donna and she is always a pleasure to chat with on the phone.

I've been working with these guys since I moved to Longmont back in 2010, and it's always a great experience. I've had them do two furnaces in different houses, one AC unit replacement and an assortment of plumbing and highly recommend them for any work you need done.

David did a great job inspecting my sump pump. He took his time to look for any potential related problems and he thoroughly explained how it works with patience and professionalism.

Had them come out to diagnose and repair my non-functioning furnace. Technician was courteous and professional and knew what he was doing but OH MY - their pricing is absolutely ridiculous! The problem was the blower motor had failed. They charged me for the trip which was fine, but then they charged me $275 for a $10 capacitor (Amazon) to see if that was the problem, which it was not. That’s a 2,650 % markup, or 26.5 x cost ($275 - $10 = 265, 265/10 = 26.5 x 100 = 2650 %)! What a hustle! So t cost me over $400 just to diagnose it and I was left with two perfectly good capacitors, one of which I didn’t need, and my furnace was nowhere near functional. Furthermore, when I initially contacted them on the phone she told me it would cost around $700 to replace the blower motor based on the age and brand of my furnace. But the on-site technician laughed at that figure and said it will be closer to $1,600, more than double what they told me before they came out. He went on to say, “Those girls answering the phones don’t know what they are talking about half the time.” At that point I decided to replace the blower motor myself, which only cost me $271 (Amazon) for the new motor, and about 3 hours of my time. What really burns me is charging $275 for the capacitor, a 2,650 % markup on the part! Or 26.5 x cost! An absolute hustle! They are in business to make money so naturally one component of their business model is marking up pats as an additional profit center to their services, but 2650 % markup! Damn. I can see them doubling or tripling or even quadrupling prices they charge customers, but 26.5 x their cost just isn’t right. It’s a poor way to treat customers at best, and a crooked practice at worst. Next time I am using Welzig, at least they have values and M & M does not!

Chad was very professional and completed the work quickly. I had a chirping fire alarm that I had been trying to fix myself for DAYS! I finally called M and M and they were able to see my the next morning! The chirping is GONE!!!

The installers were very professional and friendly. They were on time to do the job and explained everything. They did a good job of cleaning up after they finished the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. From Joan and Jim Myers

We recently had a furnace that was going bad. We got multiple quotes from local companies to put in a new AC, furnace with humidifier and water heater (all were getting pretty old). Prices were all pretty competitive but M and M gave us the best price reduction based on getting all 3 components replaced. They also worked with us to get all available rebate money and offered a few different payment options. We really liked the vibe we got from the manager that came and did the original quote and from the entire crew that did the work - friendly, genuine, professional. Shortly after the total HVAC overhaul we had a leak around the kitchen sink - UNRELATED to the HVAC work that was done. We found the leak when we got up in morning and I had to rush out to work so couldn't look at it. My wife called M and M and they came out that day, fixed the minor issue, and gave us a really good price on the service call. This is our new HVAC, plumbing and electrical company!

Used for maintenance and AC troubling shooting for repair. The other company that was servicing the account botched their last two maintenance visits with confusion saying system board needed rewiring - they created their problem. They spent close to 10 hours creating the problem. Derek had us operational within 1 1/2 hours and did maintenance on the AC and Furnace, plus rewiring what got messed up by the other company. M and M / Derek rock.

Lalo was right on time, professional, and highly informative while letting me tag along and learn a ton about the status of my AC system. He walked me through what to keep an eye on and provided tips on how to save $ with a few items I can easily do myself. Their loyalty program is unheard of and a no-brainer for peace of mind. I will 100% recommend M and M to anyone in need of HVAC pro's!
