M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical

I just got off the phone with Kayti and she was very helpful and courteous. We have used this company for about 12 years for various issues and they have always been prompt, friendly and fair. I would recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing and electrical in Longmont.

My furnace decided to break a few days before the temperature was supposed to hit -11F or so. Chris Lucarelli was able to come out within an hour of calling to inspect the furnace and offered several options to me. Since my furnace was getting up there in age I just decided to replace the whole thing. Chris and Lalo Lara came out the next day (note: other HVAC companies I called couldn't even come out to give an estimate for 2-3 days) and installed a new furnace by noon. I was incredibly impressed with the install and how they cleaned everything up and brought things up to code. I highly recommend M&M and will absolutely go to them in the future.

Cody was punctual, professional, courteous and competent. His work was clean and he explained everything I need to know about the new water heater, pilot light, temperature and status light. He went above and beyond to take a look at a hot water faucet after he turned the new system on. I'll use M and M again!

We had multiple bids to replace a 15 year old AC system. Chris L at M&M arrived same day, on time and made sure to investigate every element of the install before making a quote. He was flexible on negotiation and even conference called a local equipment rep to discuss the unit we were buying. Jaime and Jason arrived the next day on time to do the install after completing a pre-booked job that morning. They were super quick, easy to talk to and took the time to help us understand a brand new thermostat system. Can't ask for more and will be using them for the servicing of this system as well.

M & M is great. I use them anytime I need work done on my hvac, electric or plumbing. They are incredibly reliable and their work is always top notch. Shout out to Jim who was able to get my water heater replaced the day after it went out!

Was very pleased with the service, Brien was very pleasant, he let me ask lots of questions and he answered them that I could understand what he was telling me. Would most likely use your service again.

Couldn't figure out why my toilets were not flushing correctly & using up water but was not looking forward to a huge plumbing bill either Dave came out & was diligent about fixing this weird problem which he did at little cost Highly recommend M & M will use them in the future

Worked with technician Lalo to fix an issue with my furnace not always turning on. The issue was intermittent and of course was not happening while Lalo was at my house. None the less he was more than happy to diagnose the problem.

Solving the issue took two visits, as the cause was the less common issue of a gas valve failure. Lalo did not charge me for the trip/diagnostic fee during the second trip, which was very generous.

I'll be calling M and M for all my HVAC needs moving forward. Great company!
