Josh was very communicative, and prompt. We needed our old hot water heater looked at. Josh showed me what the problem was and gave me estimates right away. He was in time and completed the work in a timely manner. Then he showed us what to do to maintain our new hot water heater. I will gladly refer people to this company.

First things first I originally contacted Titus Electrical who referred TNT Home Services. Good call! I suspected that my 25 year old A/C unit was dying. Shakir was on time for the inspection and proposed several options for replacement. We chose a new unit which was installed two days later by Nikita and Valeri. The unit is operating perfectly and does not continually cycle like the old unit did. The new unit is operating perfectly and we should be comfortable in the hot days ahead with a lower utility bill. I would recommend using this business for your A/C needs. Thank you TNT. They were responsive and Victoria was a great coordinator during the process!

He is extremely knowledgeable and conveyed important information about our HVAC system. TNT has always looked out for our best interests and made extra effort to ensure that our home utilities are properly functioning. We recommend this business.
We've used TNT for a couple years and they were AMAZING at the beginning. However, lately the service has gone downhill. They're always booked really far out, which I understand, but when your AC isn't working, that's not ideal! Most recently, we had a tech come out to look at our AC because the fan was blowing, but no air. It turns out that our breaker had tripped (which we now know should have been a red flag to the tech) and the tech made us feel really stupid about it, even asking if we'd flipped the breaker ourselves and only spent about 15-20 minutes at our house. A few days after that visit, the breaker kept tripping, but TNT couldn't get us in for another 2 weeks, so we called another HVAC company. Turns out our unit just needed a deep clean. The new company said that any AC tech should have caught the issue with a very basic amount of investigation because an AC unit tripping the breaker is always a big deal. Lesson learned. I really loved TNT, but after that and a few similar experiences in the last 6 months, we've moved to a different company. In this economy, we just can't afford to pay the $99 service fee for no work done.
I'm not sure what has changed with the company, but they have changed since we started using them about 4-5 years ago. I wanted to support a veteran owned, community local business. When we first used them, it seemed the service was more personalized and less of a big business. I don't know much about HVAC, plumbing, etc, but they have repaired things for us, I just hope that it has been done correctly and actually needed to be done. Another frustration that we have had is scheduling appointments. Our scheduled appointments keep getting canceled because someone calls in sick (this has happened 4-5 times now) . I get it, people get sick, but I have to use PTO when I schedule an appointment. We also bought the service plan. I appreciate the discount offered with the service plan but question the actual knowledge of the techs coming to do the inspections.
Bradford (Brad) just finished up replacing the main shut-off value for our house. He was very professional and was able to complete the job quickly with no issues. He made a point to remove his shoes afterwards so he didn’t rack any dirt through the house from the crawl space, and he made sure everything he needed to open (lowest faucet, gates, doors, etc.) got closed back up, leaving no trace he was even here. Thanks Brad!
Michael was dispatched to help us with a complicated tankless water issue. He is knowledgeable and seems experienced at dealing with tankless water heater. I didn't hire him to fix the issue because the TNT dispatch did not relay my message clearly, and Michael did not have the proper equipment nor sufficient time to diagnose the cause. And I needed the hot water fixed ASAP in the house.
I would hire Michael next time though, he seems trustworthy and knowledgeable.
TNT Home Services was great. I had a 2 part plumbing project, and it was done quickly and professionally. Michael explained everything to me and did very quick, quality work.
