I wanted to share how we had the best experience with Air Masters Heating And Cooling this past weekend. Our heating system went down on Friday night and I made a call Saturday morning to them. Within 30 minutes we received a call back from the technician. He was patient, courteous and most importantly super helpful. He assisted me OVER THE PHONE and explained to me step-by-step how to fix the system. It was an awesome experience and I wholeheartedly endorse Air Masters Heating And Cooling and their team!!

You were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was scared to death because my heat wasn't working very well and I didn't know what the problem was. You made it so easy for me to understand what was going on and how to fix it. You were also really quick at getting back with me if I had questions or needed help with something. These guys were awesome installing a new furnace as well as maintaining our air conditioner.I found them to be professional and their service was top notch.The process took less time than we had anticipated and they left us with very efficient units. We are VERY pleased with their work and I highly recommend them!

I have made appointments with this company on two separate occasions. On both time they were unable to come during the initial appointment. None of their customer service staff speaks english as a first language. When I asked for them to waive the $50 fee for the rescheduled appointment they refused. Terrible customer service.

The two servicemen successfully installed my new AC unit and did a terrific job. They answered all of my questions and even came back to check up if \i had any problem. Recommended!!
