Donna and Cody were awesome. We noticed our hot water heater started leaking at around 4 pm and called M&M immediately. Donna had us scheduled for Cody to review the situation by noon the following day and Cody installed the new water heater the same day after providing us a quote on the spot. Great customer service from Donna. Cody was a super friendly, competent and professional technician. Would highly recommend and use them again.

Our water heater was old, rusty and leaking. We called M&M, spoke with Donna who was very nice, and they came out the same day, assessed the situation, and installed a new water heater. You just can't beat same day service! Also, our technician Cody was knowledgeable and professional. And to top it off, the price for the new water heater was the best out of other quotes we received. So, great service at a great price. Definitely give them a call.

We’ve had several good experiences with M&M and they were so good I can’t imagine using any other service. They installed a furnace and thermostat in 2021 and then a new AC in 2022.
Lalo gave me all the information I needed to make the best choice for our needs despite limited supply of the unit we wanted. He even brought me a new filter because it needed changing. Aleks and Jonathan were so efficient during installation and answered all my questions.

Wow, we were so happy to have M & M to call on when our furnace gave out days before an intense cold snap. Lalo worked with us to get us on the schedule, and on the day of installation Aleks and Conner finished installing as the first snowflakes began to fall. M & M's team were very easy to work with, efficient, and took time to answer all of our questions fully. Thanks for the help everyone!
Update: Since our original experience, we have had M & M out a couple times to help with everything from lighting to plumbing. They always do a great job with scheduling and while there are here. This time John S. replaced a leaking toilet, getting it done within a hour or so of the pre-visit inspection. He went over everything with me after installation and did a great job! Stephen S. also come for a maintenance visit on our furnace. He was efficient and helpful in explaining everything. Thanks guys!

Lalo assessed my air conditioner and furnace. He explained what he saw and what the causes might be. Was a great mix of being technically thorough and a nice person.

Everyone at M&M is so nice. They put in my HVAC earlier this year and it works like a dream, great new thermostat, great filter. Today Chad came out and fixed a broken switch within an hour or two of my calling for help, and was nice enough to look at a sketchy outlet to put my heart at ease. Can't recommend enough!
