Definitely recommend Top Shelf. Our AC went out the day before the hottest day of the year (so far). Top Shelf was fantastic in getting us scheduled quickly - much faster than 5 other companies we called. Gerardo was very professional and fixed the issue in just over an hour. He had parts on the truck and did a quick maintenance check to ensure everything else was in order. GREAT experience with Top Shelf!

Britton did a fantastic job labeling our panel, getting it up to code and fixing a few other details that came through as unsafe in my inspection report. He explained everything he was doing and when an unexpected issue popped up, requiring more time and money, he did everything he could to ensure I was comfortable in moving forward. I would recommend him 100% and am really thankful to not have to worry about my wiring not being correct any longer.

Top Shelf was great. They were professional, arrived on time, and were done with AC install in a few hours. They also fixed an outlet I was having issues with for no additional charge. I had a great experience and highly recommend them is you need AC/electrical work done.

I submitted a request form on their website to get a quote last week. I got a very sketchy email response that said I needed to deposit $1000 immediately before they could give me a quote. Do NOT respond to this email if you get it; this company does not ask for a deposit for a quote. The owner called me (after I posted the original review) and they are looking into the issue. I appreciated the immediate response and was able to get scheduled for an estimate soon.

When my ancient AC unit predictably stopped working, I got 4 quotes for a new unit. Top Shelf sent out Gerardo, who did a great job getting me a quick quote and making the next steps/ payment plan options straightforward and clear. They presented a competitive price and I decided to go for it. Gerardo came less than a week later with Jesus and Britton to replace the full system. All 3 guys were total sweethearts who did a great job. I trusted their recommendations and got a reasonable payment plan.

I’ve used them twice. Excellent company with great personable professionals. We had our Nest thermostat and doorbell installed with Ryan a year or so ago and then Jason came out today and installed ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms.
They do great quality work and are always on time.
Highly recommend!
