They cane out to do a A/C tune up. Told me they could not touch it because it was old. Gave me a whole run arpund about the Furnace being to big. The A/C went out 2 weeks later. It was a burnt fuse, which I feel like they would have seen hd they done what I paid for then to come out to do.

TopShelf came out to home and provided some electrical services. TopShelf was both professional and arrived on time for my project. They resolved my issues and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

We just moved here in July and had trouble finding repair folks until Top Shelf. We had a furnace evaluation and will be doing an upgrade through Top Shelf and also had some electrical repair work done by Top Shelf to correct faulty work done by another company. They were great. They are our go-to guys now for pretty much anything we need in the way of upgrades or repairs.

The plumber was very nice and professional. But the issue I have is that he charged over $1k to install 2 faucets. The hardware was just some cheap faucets that probably costs about $35 a piece at Home Depot. I understand there's a hefty markup when you buy through a plumber and then his labor/expertise is worth a few hundred dollars, but it really seems like price gouging to charge this much. Couldn't really argue about the price with him becuase I had tenants that I needed to get this fixed for ASAP.
