I love this company. We had problems with our furnace for 20 years. I got a price from another company, and it felt like a high-pressure sales tactic, so I called Top Shelf. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner for a reasonable rate. They came out quickly, and once I gave the approval, they replaced both units in one day. The other guys were going to be 2-3 days, and their price was significantly higher.

Top Shelf Electric are definitely top notch! Mr. Darrell Montgomery is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has integrity! He explained everything to me, went above and beyond to make sure all of the work I needed was done properly at a great price! Good character,great communication and expert knowledge as an electrician made this entire experience for me unmeasurable, if I could give him 100 stars 🌟 I would! Darrell and Jason from Top Shelf both went above and beyond over the course of three days while working to restore the power I lost to half of my house due to an issue with the main line to the house. They quickly found the issue, worked with the utilities company to get a workaround in place so that I had power during the whole process, and did a great job laying the new line while being careful and respectful to the property. Darrell also did an amazing job replacing all of the really worn breakers in my main electrical panel, and sealed up the box to prevent future weather damage. I will always reach out to this team first for any future needs. I couldn't be more thankful for the help I got from these guys, I really appreciate everything you did!

Can't say enough good things about Jeremi from Top Shelf. I've called him a few times now and will surely call him again. He is honest, thorough, and has excellent communication. He will explain the process and tell you exactly what you need and more importantly, WHY. He will answer all questions. You will get a heads up when he is on his way. He will try to get you the best price possible. Look for the company's ads in the home improvement magazines that come in the mail every few months because they often run very affordable specials, and since they do electric, heating and plumbing, they are a one and done deal for many issues in home repair and maintenance.

I hired Top Shelf to upgrade our service panel from a smaller panel to a larger 200 amp service. What I really appreciate about them in each interaction with each person I had was that I could tell they are good people. They provide good customer service. I don't believe they will tell me something that isn't true and I felt I could believe what they told me. In my situation, the trim wasn't reinstalled after the panel was complete, and they fully accepted responsibility (I must also point out this was not a big deal and I am mentioning this only because to me, it shows great integrity to 'own it' when a "mistake" happens, and this was NOT A BIG DEAL) and came out to fix it when I contacted them later that day. I know I said this above, but for me this is a hugely positive for this company. This is something I look for when interviewing people/companies to work on my home. I believe you will experience honest work from Top Shelf, and I highly recommend them.

I worked with Darrell at Top Shelf. He did a great job installing several new outlets, wiring, and two junction boxes. He walked me through everything that had to be done beforehand and got the job done correctly. Then he walked me through the completed work. Overall, he was professional, efficient, and completed high quality work. Couldn’t be happier.

I recently used a plumbing company that you see advertised a lot on television and paid a very high cost. They had to come back for leaks they caused and charged me another $500 to fix it. Top Shelf had much more responsible costs and did it right the first time on a much bigger project.

Outstanding service! I have to give a special thanks to the electrician Darrell. He was on time, every time. He is incredibly charismatic and just all around great to have working on my garage. He checked everything multiple times to make sure he got and installed the proper equipment. Then he knocked out the job in record time with the absolute minimal invasion of the wall space necessary to complete the job as requested. Top Shelf is a great company with great employees. You'd be mistaken to go anywhere else.

Gerardo was very professional, took time to answer my questions about heat pumps and treated me as a peer when it comes to understanding the systems in my home. Definitely recommend him and Top Shelf for HVAC!
