Great experience! Scheduling our appointment was very easy and they were able to get us scheduled within 2 days. Our tech is was communicative and early. He resolved the issue quickly and was very professional. We will definitely use TopShelf again!

We had Top Shelf come out to do a heating maintenance before winter and they were easy to schedule an appointment, were on time, texted when on the way, and very thorough. The technician was very professional and courteous, he explained everything to me and then to my husband since we had to tag-team between conference calls. The technician gave recommendations and even sent them for us to review but was not pushy to purchase what we didn’t need. Our house is 16 years old and the motor needs to be replaced, as we are planning to sell in the Spring, so we were able to easily schedule another appointment for that to be done before the furnace would be used continuously for the winter.
I would use this company again as they were very thorough, provided expert advice, and were friendly and courteous.

Very happy with Top Shelf. Was able to get someone out in 2 days. Johan Miranda arrived promptly, was friendly and professional. We had several small jobs that needed to be done: installing outlets, rewiring a long disused doorbell circuit, installing a security cam. He was able to get it all done quickly and efficiently, and was resourceful in dealing with a few impediments posed by our 130+ year old house. I think it was a good value, although in all honesty I don't know the going rates for this type of electrical work. Recommend them highly based on the electrical work they did for us.

Excellent customer service. We called late the day before NYE (talked to Dawn) and they came out in NYE afternoon (sales rep was Marshal) and replaced our entire furnace and offered great pricing, details and very friendly workers. Left the job site super clean and very professional. For being a highly unanticipated expense, we enjoyed the process and excited for our new heating upgrade!

We had a circuit blow and lost power to multiple rooms, including our bathrooms with showers, late at night. Of course we had company scheduled to stay with us the next day.

I called at 6 am when most places were closed and the lovely lady I spoke with had Darrell out to our place by 8 am. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind.
