    This team was extremely professional. First Jeremy came and did the troubleshooting on our current heating unit. He gave us no pressure quotes and we decided to move forward with a new unit. The installation team Gerardo, Larry, and Jesus arrived on time and began to work. They were polite and professional. They respected our home while they were here and my husband commented about how they really paid attention to the details. When the work was complete, they took time to show us how everything works. Great team! I would recommend Top shelf and this group of individuals that represented them well for anyone.

    Tankless hot water heater vent was damaged in a recent hail storm. Technician did nothing to repair / replace the vent, which I just order from Supply House for $80. He did, however, try to talk me into buying a new HVAC system for up to $15k and was sure to point things with my existing system that have been there for numerous years. System runs fine BTW and looking at my HVAC system wasn’t why I called. My tankless was why I called as it was throwing an error code 10, which means there’s an airflow blockage. Likely, when the hail shattered the vent, pieces of the plastic were sucked into the unit causing the blockage. Anyway, first and last time calling this company for anything.

    Was a simple fix so only was charged a trip fee. Did not take advantage and make it out to be more. Sometimes some companies try to take advantage of seniors but that was not the case with this company. Would recommend them for any service.

    Thank you Jeremi! We had a water heater valve that was leaking. They were able to send Jeremi out the day of. He determined the leak source and resolved it shortly after. I greatly appreciate the effective, clean, and timely work. Highly recommended.
