Ryan came on time and was very respectful of my house. He did a great job doing my yearly AC check up. He answered all my questions, was thorough and very polite. I will definitely get him to come back next year.

My husband & I found Top Shelf just from a google search and now I see why they have a 5 star rating! We recently purchased an older home and had to not only update/upgrade our electrical panel, but also wanted to get central air. After having multiple companies come and give us estimates, we instantly knew we wanted to go with Top Shelf! Ryan came by and took a look at our home and explained in simple terms what we needed and why. They backed their work with not only good pricing, but with a lengthy warranty. We were able to move forward the following week and got our electrical panel updated in one day! The technician that came through was professional and did a great job. Ryan even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly! While Ryan was there we mentioned that we wanted to get central air and Ryan was able to link us with somebody who was part of his team and got the AC unit installed the following weekend! Once again, the technician was great and very helpful. During the install, Ryan came through again, just to make sure everything was going well! Long story short... you will not be disappointed! The customer service is on point, the work is A+ quality and the price is right! Thanks again to you and your team! We are very thankful! ;)

Jason came out, unscheduled due to another tech getting injured and he was friendly and very knowledgeable. He spoke to us and explained things so we could understand and funny as well. We will definitely use this company again primarily because of him and their outstanding customer service staff. A+

Britton and the scheduling team were great! They got me in at the last minute to help with a power issue, This is the second time I have used them and have been very happy.

The entire interaction felt disingenuous. First, I got a text saying they had been to my house recently about my heating or air conditioning. Not true. They came over a year ago to do electric. The electrician, no longer with them, was fantastic. Anyway, then once we had that straightened out, an “expert” came and looked at my unit and gave me a bid on a new swamp cooler, making awkward comments like that my house was really clean and what nice sunflowers I had. He was young and was probably told to make nice comments, but it felt slimy. His pitch was kind of high pressure, saying “when” not “if” they did the work. Finally he gave me bid. Way more than I had anticipated, which I told him. He then said his boss would send me his “best price” bid. It was a full $1000 less. The whole thing just felt creepy. Too bad, because the electrical work was great!

I would like to begin my review by saying a profound thank you to Dawn, Johan, and Ryan at Top Shelf Electric. After experiencing an electrical fire at our home we contacted Top Shelf for an estimate to replace the damaged electrical panel box, meter, and wiring. From our very first communication, they were polite, responsive, and professional. Johan notified us he was on his way by text and was at our front door promptly at 8:00 am as promised. After assessing the work requirements, they assembled and coordinated with Xcel Energy and the county for permits and inspections. Johan worked well into the evening on a Friday night to do the installation always maintaining a great attitude and demeanor. He treated our home like it was his own, making sure his work was accurate, safe, and clean. Ryan and Johan went above and beyond working with the county and the power company to expedite the necessary work orders and inspections to get our power restored. We would definitely use this company again and refer them to friends and family!

Jason and the rest of the guys seemed to work very well together and worked efficiently as well, ending about an hour before they thought they would. Thanks, the brand new A/C, brand new electrical panel and furnace replacement are great!

Jason and Gerardo were excellent. Both professional and friendly. We had them out for 2 separate jobs. Review A/C coolant from an A/C move they did last month and re wiring for a hot tub move we did. It was quick, easy, and painless. Also, shout out to Dawn, she was able to adjust scheduling as we had a delay with a new concrete pad for the hot tub and she was able to reschedule Jason and Gerardo easily. Thank.you Top Shelf.
