Just a great experience. Darrell was on-time and professional. He asked questions and provided recommendations about the exterior 50A RV outlet to be installed. The installation took just over an hour. He was also the same person providing the estimate late the week prior.

It was supposed to be an ac tuneup- but after seeing that it was an ‘old’ unit he did nothing. Didn’t clean the coils or fins on the AC nothing but try to sell my on a $12,000 unit

We needed another circuit for our new dishwasher that’s being installed by someone else and Top Shelf was the only business I called that was able to come out the same day to give us a free estimate while everyone else had about a two week wait plus a fee to just come out. Probably not your ideal situation but it was very convenient for us as we needed this done before our baby gets here in three weeks. Darrell came by, gave us a quote and scheduled us for our next appointment to get the work done. He was here 8AM sharp the day of the appointment and went above and beyond with his work. So happy! Overall great and friendly customer service both from Darrell and the lady I spoke with over the phone (don’t remember her name, sorry). I would highly recommend your business to everyone and will definitely be using you guys in the future when we need anything else done.

They did such a great job installing our recess lights and also repaired our bathroom light easily! They were super professional and worked quickly! I was beyond pleased with the service and overall quality! We Will use them for all electrical needs moving forward!
