I had a terrible experience -- buyer beware! I was told that a trip charge would be $89 and a quote would be given to repair 2 fireplaces. I was also told that the $89 would be credited if I decided to use them. I was given a quote to repair two fireplaces ($1880), and then I was charged $157 rather than the $89 because he looked at two fireplaces. Last, he mentioned he would not credit the $159 unless the work was done today.

To single/widowed women out there.
I reached out on an email and never received a response.
My number one question was why did they charge me $249 for a thermal coupler you can buy at home Depot for $9 also why did they charge me $174 for a electric igniter what you could buy at home Depot for $31.
Even though they carry their parts on their truck I understand 100% markup but, this markup was outrageous they have chose to avoid my questioning. I was out of town and my girl had to take care of the bill and could not get ahold of me. I think they took advantage of a single woman that needed a fireplace fixed and they charged her $780 they did charge $278 for labor which only took them 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then tax on top of that.
so before you pay a bill question how much the parts going to be Google a part see what the local parts stores are charging agree that they do have to mark up the part but not an exorbitant amount$$$$. I think it is very unfair so if you're a woman a single lady that needs to get work done this is not the place to call.
just do your research more and call around before these people take advantage of you.

Dave was late due to a scheduling issue but offered us a discount for that. He was able to get our AC up and running.... not sure about the mark up on the items, it did seem high but the AC is running.

Get a second opinion before you use this company. They tried to charge us $1200 for a new blower motor. We called another company who cleaned the flame sensor and it’s as good as new.

Our Air Conditioner stopped working, and we called Castle Rock Heating and Air. They responded and made the necessary repairs, the same day. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable.

Our Samsung refrigerator was making a loud noise and basically stopped cooling. It was a busy weekend with family coming and I didn't have time to investigate the issue. So we called these guys to come out. He puts in a new fan and says he will come back when the parts are in. He comes back out a few days later and installs the new fan and a "circuit board". The original estimate was $800. Final bill $1100. That alone makes these clowns worth 0 stars. I would have bought a new fridge at $1100! Best of all the same problem happens again in under 3 months. This time I have time to research and find out this is a known issue with the fridge and Samsung has issued a number of service alerts to fix certain things in the fridge if this problem happens. None of which these guys fixed. The last thing I will mention is that they dealt mostly with my wife and I feel they really took advantage of her being a woman.

My fireplace needed repair and possible upgrading.the work was done efficiently and the gentleman explained what was going on and my options for repair. I would have them again.
