Our hot water heater went out at late at night. We called Castle Rock Heating and Air first thing the the next morning. Someone came out within a couple of hours and installed a brand new hot water heater. I’m very please with the responsiveness and quality of work. Thank you!

Dave came out same day and quickly resolved our HVAC issue. He was friendly and in and out with an expedient solution! Highly recommend!

Dave was awesome! Prompt and friendly! Was able to work wonders on your AC units and make sure everything was 100%! We will be calling them for all future heating and cooling needs!

Not only was I disappointed in the service I received but the service tech was rude. I paid for an $88 "tune up" and $40 cleaning for our gas fireplace. Basically, the tune up consisted of measuring the output and telling me I needed to buy a new generator. Ok, I get it. What these companies call tune ups don't tend to amount to much.

The real kicker for me was the "cleaning" he provided. I basically paid $40 for him to stick his shop vac in there and give it a once over. He informed me that he could blow it out to get more out but that it would blow dust into my living room. Who is going to agree to that? Is that seriously your professional solution? Then I looked at the half-assed cleaning job that his shop vac did leaving so much dust there. He said I could get in there and wipe it down. Seriously? I'm paying $40 for someone to tell me to clean the rest? I told him that I thought it was going to be a little more thorough and then he made an snide remark to his assistant that "we're not cleaning ladies". I told him I heard his remark and said I didn't mean to be disrespectful but he didn't need to be rude. He said "we're professionals not cleaners". Really? You're going to offer a fireplace cleaning service and tell me that? I then went upstairs and got some Chlorox wipes and wiped it down myself. And that point it was just uncomfortable and I just wanted them out of my house. Don't bother with these guys. It's seriously a rip off and paying someone to insult you.

Dave was on time and work was done promptly. He cleaned everything before putting back together. C leaned fireplace thoroughly and left everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Dave came out on Christmas Eve and stayed late to help get the furnace back up and running. The furnace is now running smooth! We couldn’t have asked for better service to help with our heater/furnace!

My A/C wasn’t working in the middle of summer and Dave was here by the next day to fix it. He was very professional and replaced the motor quickly.
I’d recommend them to anyone!

Overpriced the parts buy 500% was there an hour and a half and charged $278 .
Charge $279 for a part you can get at Home Depot for 19$
Charged $174 for a part you could get Home Depot for 7$.
I understand Mark up but this is crazy and they took advantage of a single woman so single women be aware and make sure you get more estimates because they will take it vantage of you .
