Our CO alarm triggered last night around 11 pm. With two small children in the house I needed to have someone to come out to address the issue immediately. Castle Rock Heating & Air were available quickly and came to the rescue. Our entire system needed to be addressed as it was not maintained by the previous owners and David ensured that we were well taken care of. I highly recommend them for your fireplace servicing.
Thanks Dave, the new parts work great, and so does the fireplace! Service and repair was fast - pricey but I'm happy with the results! Spa Brokers wanted a lot of money just to show up, and then wanted to schedule me a month out! A+ for Castle Rock Heating & Air!
Professional service at a guaranteed price. Castle Rock Heating & Air is the RIGHT CHOICE! I shopped around for a service to come put my gas fireplace back into running order. The only one to answer the phone and set up a time were the fine folks at Castle Rock Heating & Air. They set a time window and were early. Dave did an initial review of the fireplace and told me what it would cost. He did the work and it was picture perfect. In and out and tested the system before he left. He took me through the complete operation of the fireplace and the work he performed basically gave me a new fireplace at a VERY affordable cost. I highly recommend Castle Rock Heating & Air, ask for Dave and tell him I sent you.
Dave did a quick Service to my furnace. Was pleased on price. He did although tried to force me to write a 5 star review right after I paid. Was not happy how he kept trying to make me do it while he was right there.
I just had a service for my AC done by Dave, he checked the pressure and it was low, he suggested sealant and dye, to check for and possibly stop the leak. Dave quoted the sealant at $298 and the dye for $140 sounded high but I agreed. After the job I thought I would check the pricing. Online I could get the sealant for $30 to $70, I could get the dye for $8 to $28 and the a Srevice charge for labor of $298. For an hour of work I was charged $1150. Yes, I should have done my home work. I do not mind paying for service but I do not like being ripped OFF, I think this is a ripoff.
Way overpriced for the service provided. Technician never did any analysis of the issue and said to order parts. The place I purchased the fireplace from told me to clean the sensor with light sandpaper and the problem went away. Over $400 dollars for 20 minutes of staring under the fireplace with no clue. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
I called with an emergency repair and asked for same day service and David showed up before the time window they gave me, which was great! He was able to find out what our problem was quickly and had all parts on hand. He was fast and efficient and would 100% recommend!!
Had Castle Rock Heating & Air work on gas fireplace. Repairman had to make a couple trips and fix some of the parts. Fireplace working to its max now. Very pleased with the service we received.
Do not use these guys! All they wanted was my $88 trip fee. Good money I guess for 5 minutes of nothing.
Horrible Service! David and his son showed up at my home early Saturday morning and I could tell that this was not going to be good. They didn't even bother taking off their shoes before walking across my new carpet. David hooked up his voltmeter, said yep its bad and proceeded to tell me that the full repair would cost $1,200. I said no thanks Christmas is in two weeks, but it doesn't look like we will have a fire.
I decided to look on-line to see if I could find the control valve and sure enough it came up on E-Bay for $60. A couple of YouTube videos later, maybe 2 hours of my time (a professional could do it much quicker), and some testing solution from Home Depot and my fireplace is working again.
