David was friendly and got the job done. A bit pricey, but hopefully the repair will last.

We are people who treasure our home having a fireplace. It is used not only to heat but we find it peaceful. Purchasing a existing home including knowing the year it was built, when our fireplace ceased operating, our own assessment it was obvious we needed a professional.
Snow was coming down when I called Castle Rock Heating & Air. The woman who assisted was friendly and understood my desire to receive service timely. She made it happen someday!
“David” communicated his arrival time. He showed and performed a complete assessment. He explained in detail what was needed to get us back up and running. Best part is he had the parts needed in his truck!
He left with our fireplace back up and running with snow forecast the next day.
We definitely refer friends and family!

Dave did an excellent job. He was on time thorough and clean. Our fireplace is working great now. Oh, and every other company was 2-4 weeks out they were there the next day on time

Furnace went out last February during a nasty cold snap. I called Castle Rock Heating & Air and they were able to come out the same day for repairs and got it up and going right away. The furnace is over 20 years old and again today it wouldn't fire up. Just more parts wearing out I believe. David is very experienced, professional and is low pressure and doesn't push you for unnecessary parts/services - but he does let you know what to look out for so you can choose. I would recommend Castle Rock Heating & Air to anyone that needs HVAC services.

My wife and I needed our furnace fixed mid December and Castle Rock heating & cooling had a quick response and quick service, had us up and running in no time. Ran into another problem end of December and they responded within the hour the phone call was placed. Reliable, quick service! Will always depend on them for general maintenance and emergencies. Thankful for them! Highly recommended! Thank you for keeping my family warm in the winter!

Overpriced and poor quality work. The plumbing valve I paid to have replaced has been leaking since it was installed and I have tried to call back to get help and left voicemails but no response. Do not recommend.

Dave was very nice, professional and out same day, even 1.5 early. He had my furnace working in a few hours. He explained the parts needed and why. To me worth every penny of the labor charge!

The lack of stars is in regards to just how daunting the cost of parts were. I made the awful mistake of looking them up online. DONT DO IT! Parts appeared to be (some) up to 6x the actual cost of the part or similar parts online . Tough pill to swallow.
But when your in a pinch w/ the first onset of cold weather and not handy enough or mostly time enough to do myself, this is the price I paid.
I just hope the maintenance lasts for as long as even the minimum amount of years he said it should.
I look at this scenario like keeping a car running for 100's of 1000's of miles I guess. A 20 some year old furnace is bound to need some expensive love at some point. Next time I'll likely tough it out, bundle up and get a 2nd quote (I think) . If even just for a piece of mind.
On the positive... I DO really appreciate having my warm house back !

I had David come and repair a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. He came on time and was professional. He told me the fan wasn’t installed correctly and $900 later it’s fixed. The labor was $600 of that and the fan kit was $344. After the fact I see they run about $100.
Bottom line: good service and professional job but insanely expensive. Check other places first.

Amazing experience and highly recommended. My furnace stopped producing heat due to the system overheating and shutting down as a method of protecting itself (limit switch). I had no idea what the level of repair would be needed when I called in for a furnace repair, as my system is 20+ years old. I placed a call this morning and David was right out same day during the window I requested. He took the time in placing focus on identifying root cause and inefficences seen in my system being so old. He reviewed dependencies to safely run my system and was appreciative for his assessment. He had safety in mind as fixing one part doesn’t fix the system. He did he same for my AC unit per my request so I could get a little more life out of it! Knowledgeable and right skill set to do the job on one trip. Thank you!
