Dave did a fantastic job! Thought we just needed a thermostat replaced but during his review of our total system, he learned and showed us what the real problem was. Given that our HVAC system was 30 years old, we weren’t too surprised.
Dave outlined our options and then stayed to complete the install late into the evening. So appreciated his professionalism and dedication in getting the job done. And the system works great!

Repaired one of my A/C units for a ridiculously high price (knowing we were miserable in the heat). For our second unit, he proceeded to quote us over $10k for a 3 ton A/C unit. I had someone else out here today and paid less than $1k to repair it.

Very responsive, same day service on a weekend. Fixed our AC and is running no problem! David was excellent, would recommend.

Would like to give a shout out to Castle rock heating and Air. He did great work on my AC unit and was very quick to respond. I called 2 other companies and they could not get out here for a week. They were out here the next morning and was very quick with the work he had to do. GREAT JOB!!!!

I just purchased a new home and per the inspection everything worked. The hot water and the fireplaces weren't working or I couldn't figure it out. Bobby came and was on time! He was ver professional and showed me what he was doing so I could learn. He got everything working and was very polite. I felt very comfortable with him and would use them again!

I needed the ignitor in my fireplace replaced in Sep 2021. He quoted me over $1900. Knowing the part was expensive and paying for labor, I agreed. Especially since I did not want to mess with gas. The fireplace worked and didn't see any other issues besides being overpriced. Well, my gas bills kept going up and just figured all the storms and inflation. Then my home was inspected and found gas leak from fireplace when it was turned off and even more turned on. So we been exposed to gas all this time. Definitely a shady company.

Dave was great! Got us in same day when other companies were booking out weeks. Highly recommend!

I was in a situation where I recently purchased a home, the fireplace was not working, and the repairs of it was supposed to fall on the seller. This created a bit of a stressful situation for all parties involved, because it was not a normal call. However, Castle Rock Heating and Air was patient, understanding, and they really went the extra mile to make sure that we were properly taken care of. Now, our fireplace is working great, and everything is taken care of! If you need HVAC, or any work of that nature done, Castle Rock Heating and Air is the company to call!
