Great service and everything was fixed immediately, technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

I still know nothing about what is wrong with my fireplace. I paid $88 for your tech to come give me a bunch of nonsense and then wrote me an estimate for $1140 to repair a $130 part. Shame on you guys. I totally feel like I was ripped off and glad I did not hire them to fix my fireplace!!

The tech was a bully and when owner wasn't available for a phone call for CC# - the tech threatened to put a lien on the house for $88. I personally was available for a phone call from the tech, but neither him or the office called me. I was told by the office, when I set the appt that the seller didn't need to be there and that a realtor could accompany and that we could be invoiced, so as a realtor - we will never refer this company and will give negative results on every yelp and service advisor or angie's list when the name Castle Rock Heating and air is brought up.

10 outa 10 would recommend 👌 the old furnace i had from like the 1800s "worked" so I've just been getting by with extra blankets and cocoa every winter but those frozen days are over and that old furnace well I let it go. I'm never going back the past is in the past. My family may be sweating but im keeping this at 75 all winter long
