Cost ALOT😭 But should have 10 yrs now with furnace, he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable.

High Cost, Low Service. No craftsmanship and they don’t care! Got the job done quickly (which seems to be the goal). Doesn’t carry the right parts on the truck and expected us to get them. Paid a lot of money for two new furnaces and two new ac units. Not pleased for how it all came together and paid way too much.

After 3 places told us no Dave came within 2 days hooked up 2 fireplaces and stayed late giving us a job very well done. We’re very happy and the fireplace is fantastic!

I had them come look at my gas fireplace because I had concerns regarding the pilot light. The pilot was fine, fireplace functioning properly. We talked about installing a fan to better utilize the heat, and he did it at the visit.

We called to get our fireplace serviced and specifically asked for cleaning. They said they did that and it would be 88$. The guy comes out says our fireplace is ancient and can't do anything but we needed a new motor that would be between 800 and 1100$. When we askef about cleaning he said they didn't do that.... and he charged us 110$ for a 10 min visit. We totally got screwed over. Our fireplace was working just fine, no issues with it until he came out and now it stopped working.... very ironic.

David was very knowledgeable, and clear with his explanation of the problem and what it would take to repair my gas fireplace. He was quick and cleaned up afterwards, couldn’t even tell he was here.

David fixed our furnace, and the service was punctual. I have no complaints on the service. My heat works great. I would strongly recommend Castle Rock heating and Air for anyone looking to fix their furnace.

Thieves is probably the best way to explain this company. They charged me $292 to install a $40 thermostat. He fixed my furnace too, we won't even go into how much I paid for that.

Completely over priced! They originally wanted to charge me $500 for 10 minutes worth of work . The parts were under warranty so that high price was solely for the 10 minutes. I will never use this company again and I strongly urge people to find another company for heating and air.

Dave is always on time and thorough. He explains everything to me so that i can understand. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a new furnace, hot water heater etc. I thank him very much for his patience
