I have used this company twice to fix both heating and AC issues from previous non competent work. They are straight shooters who know what they are talking about and back up their work 100%. I felt the difference with real experience in the industry versus other companies up charging at every turn. All of my issues have been resolved and are working now efficiently. I highly recommend this company if you want to get things right the first time.

Dave got my air cool again and laid out all my options for repair or replacement. After fixing he walked me through everything he did again. I felt more knowledgeable about my system after he explained why things brake on ac’s and how to maintain them.

They came to see why my gas fireplace wasn’t working. They said it was the safety valve that needed replaced. $1800. Called another company for their opinion. Guess what?! Gas was simply turned off! Nothing wrong with fireplace! This place is a scam and I highly recommend you avoid them like the plague!!!

David came out to service the gas fireplace he had installed a year prior. He completely took advantage. He didn't do anything aside from getting the pilot to light...for only 10 hours.
He didn't clean the area prior to working or diagnostics. The area where I live is extremely dusty. Had he performed any repairs that dust would have been disturbed or moved.

He told me he would provide an invoice for parts and service. He couldn't provide one as no parts were replaced and even if they needed to be, they should have been covered under warranty.

He failed to provide an invoice after numerous calls.
David charged a $285 service call, (I was told would be applied to total if he did repairs) plus parts and labor for total of $688. He said he had parts in truck. Thank goodness for security cameras! I have video of him going to his vehicle to take his tools to truck, but he didn't bring in any parts.
My components for fireplace were all new and show no signs of tools even touching them. The fireplace stopped working next day, I called him and he was obnoxious with me. He said the wind blew pilot out. I don't have an open vent system, I was told it's not possible for the wind to blow the flame out.
Also, David's explanation to me on parts, "you have propane and we have to dumb down gas parts to make them work for propane. Kinda like me explaining this to you."

I had to call another company out to make repairs.

I requested my money back and he was completely rude and a masagenist.

David is unethical and a theif! Don't allow him in your home.

Serviced our gas fireplaces within 36 hours of our call. Arrived on schedule - a little earlier actually - on a Saturday. Diagnosed and thoroughly explained the problems and recommended appropriate repairs and enhancements. Had all parts necessary and proceeded to do the work in about 4 1/2 hours. Fireplaces are working better than ever now.

The company charges $188 service/diagnostic fee to review and advise the problem. If any work is conducted, this fee is suppose to go towards that work, at least until the technician advises you that his "30 years of experience" is worth an additional $138 on top of the diagnostic fee just so he can turn a valve a quarter turn as a quick remedy. That's shady business and creates a lack of trust and confidence in this organization to do the right thing. If the $188 is suppose to go towards the work conducted, then there shouldn't be an additional fee, and his blatant disrespect about me "complaining" is unwarranted as he's clearly just trying to make a quick buck.

Hired these guys to inspect, clean, service, etc...my gas fireplace. Tech came, took the glass cover off, looked at the valve and told me I need a new valve, thermocoupler, new gas piping, etc...all of which he had in his truck ready to install to the tune of $1900. We declined. He never tested the valve but tried to tell me it was dangerously defective. When he left, never bothered to tell us not to use the "dangerously defective" fireplace until repaired. He never even turned the gas off. I called him back after he left and he said "We'll we're not the gas company and don't get involved in that" and hung up on me.
These guys are the kind of company that shows up for a $220 fee with the intent to tell you you need a $2000 fix. Don't use them and tell your neighbors not to use them. My experience is they want to and will try to rip you off. Can't be more upset with companies that have this as their business model. No ethics of any kind. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND OUGHT TO SUE THEM FOR MY $220 BACK.
