Lion Home Service - Fort Collins

Lion is always on time and on point with great customer service. They show up after hours if there are ever any issues. I have always had a positive experience with this company.

We had Cody come out to look at our dryer vent and he was amazing. He was kind and knowledgeable. We would definitely use them again!

I received a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the technician and he was right on time. Zach was very knowledgeable and gave me some fine suggestions. He took the time to answer my questions and was genuinely concerned I got the right information. I would call on Zach again to help me out if needed. Although I am likely not to get the work done he was available for, it is more of a situation of necessity rather than any other factor.

Booked a plumber to come out for a leak repair. Was given a 3 hour window so I planned my day around it. The plumber was a no show so I called Lion and they rescheduled me for 2 days later. Again, the plumber didn't show up during my 3 hour window. I called in and they said that they were sending out a text to him and he would call me soon. 2 hours later I gave up and left the house.

I wanted to use Lion as they have great reviews but I unfortunately didn't get to experience that.

Savana did a great job installing my new furnace that failed overnight in subzero temperatures. Showed up when she said she would, removed the dead unit, installed the new with little fuss in just a few hours. Minimum noise (I was working from home, this is no small thing), answered all of my questions, cleaned up nicely. I am really pleased with the job Savana & Cameron did for me.

I chose Lion Home Service to install a bypass humidifier on my existing furnace. They were prompt, thorough, and gave the most reasonable price quote for what I asked for, no more and no less. They have a membership program with discounts, but they don't pressure you into anything. I was pleasantly surprised they do electrical and attic fans as well. It was nice that the same person who did my estimate also did my installation, so you know who you're dealing with. Doug was friendly, accommodating, and hard working. He worked through complications that took some extra time, and didn't leave until the humidifier was working perfectly with my thermostat. I can already feel the difference in my home. Taylor Longwell did an excellent job installing a new toilet. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. We were extremely pleased with his work.

We needed septic cleaning asap and Lion was able to provide same day service even though we live in the mountains and weather conditions weren’t great. Our technician Blake Paulus was awesome. Explained the process and was extremely professional and hard working. I would recommend this business and service based on Blake’s professionalism.
