Lion home service has serviced my home for multiple things. HVAC, sewer, and electrical. They are very easy to work with and are fast to tend to your needs. I would say their service is a bit pricy but is totally worth it! They are a professional and well ran company. Spend the money and thank yourself later.

We had a clog in our drier vent and I was able to easily schedule an appointment. We thought we cleared all of the clog but more remained after a second test. The technicians came back and were able to fully remove the clog. The technicians were easy to work with and friendly. Would definitely recommend this service.

Lion had Andy come out on Sunday. It was not an emergency but they service each day as regular service calls. Other than price the experience was great. Had a spigot replaced and it was over $400. I’m sure that is fair but still a lot for one spigot.

Cody was very knowledgeable and helped us understand our options with our leaky ac. Couldn’t be happier with the service or the customer service. Will be using Lion for all our home needs moving forward. Cody was great in explaining what problems we are having and what problems we will be having in the future

Our technician, Gabe, was very professional and identified a freon leak in my furnace unit that could've led to further expensive repairs based on the damage already. To some, he may have just been doing his job, however we feel he cared and was concerned enough that it was something that should be brought to our attention. We've had other companies who have not always been as trustworthy to say the least. We have been very happy with our experience with Lion Home Service and would highly recommend.

I’ve waited to see if i need to share this and today reaffirmed my original conclusion.

After being rescheduled for the third time, for warranty work, Lion showed up. The tech found refrigerant was low. That means there is a refrigerant leak....he didn't find a/the leak. So they will be back to add more refrigerant in a month or two. As a comparison: My prius from 07 still cools as the day it was born. Thats because it doesnt have and has never had a refrigerant leak. Feels like they don't care about their customers or the environment. Our system is a little over three years old. Lion installed it. It’s frustrating when a company blows off customers that have warranty work over “emergency calls”. What’s more frustrating is knowing they’re going to have to come back and add more refrigerant in the future. Needless to say I’m disappointed. Lion home services claims to be top notch but their commitment to their existing customers and the follow-through on the quality they deliver is lacking. Would not recommend Lion to friends of family. Did I mention that the tech, that they said was coming to the house, wasn’t the tech that showed up. Why even tell me the name, and send a text picture, of the tech that is not coming.
Forward to today, 6/20/23. Yup 3 year old mini split. Not cooling anymore. Surprise! Going to try to fine somebody who cares about their potential future customer and even more the important the environment.

Lion Home Service has always been very helpful and everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind and respectful. Manuel Lopez helped us out last night and was very helpful. Zack Demare came out the following morning and was very helpful as well and got us on the right track and set up with a new water heater. Thank you guys so much!

Matt was incredibly reliable and walked me and my boss through as to what kind of water heater we would need and why it wouldnt be the best idea for us not to go with an electric tank water heater as our set up isn't designed for that. He let us know what needed to be done and offered a list of quotes for us to choose from! Highly recommend even if you are just looking - amazing customer service and people!
